The apartment was equipped with full kitchen appliances and utensils and a washer-dryer that worked. There was a tea pot set but no tea bags and a coffee machine with capsule refill. A £500 deposit is required, and which could only be refunded after check out, resulting in extra charges due to currency conversion. Foreign visitors need to be aware of this. Asked for extra towels on a Saturday and was given housekeeping service (which I didn’t asked for) and got levied with a charge of £50 which they deducted from the deposit. The power sockets in the bedrooms didn’t work on the first night of stay. The electricity was switched on only after we told the concierge on the 2nd day. I expected more of the service for the price paid.

Indeed, our Apartments have fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, which are very handy for a longer stays or staying with children. As per our Terms & Conditions we kindly require refundable deposit on arrival for any incidental and/or agreed dilapidation chares and we appreciate that sometimes using different currency card you might end up paying extra fee due to currency conversion. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced some issues with one of the sockets in the bedroom; on site we have amazing maintenance team and 24 hours Duty Manager who would be happy to assist you at any time. However, I am pleased to hear that issue has been rectified once we have been advised about it. Traveling as family of four with 2 adults and 2 teens.
Stayed in classic 2 bedroom which included a living room, kitchen and 1 1/2 baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and well stocked with glasses, plates, pans, etc. and includes a combo clothes washer/dryer.
The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. The staff at the Sloane club (down the street) were always very friendly and helpful. The location is great - on a quiet street, but very close to Sloane Street Station. The a/c worked well and was very quiet which was appreciated as London was unusually warm during our stay..
Only "cons" were that one of the bedrooms is quite small - as the bed takes up most of the room, and the carpet looked like it was due for a cleaning.

We have stayed with the Apartments At The Sloan Club off and on for 15 years. It has always been good and comfortable, well maintained and the equipment was in good working order. Sadly, not anymore, it’s shabby, past it’s sell by date flat with pretentious touches where it’s form over function and durability over any comfort is king. The staff are nice and responsive but on most occasions we want solutions or some fixed not to be told, very politely, ‘I know, I’m sorry, we’re working on it, sorry we shouldn’t have done that’ each time. We were there for 25 nights, so this was literally our home away from home and we expected comfort, working basics and were very disappointed. We didn’t have a working house phone for the 25 nights despite promises. The chest of drawers in the bedroom, didn’t close or stay closed easily, were dented and dinged with paint missing and in desperate need of refurbishment/ replacement. The mattress on the bed is so industrial hard wearing that we needed 3 mattress pads fitted to stop us having back, hip and neck issues. The pillows ironically were so worn and last their scrap date that they offered no to little support. The bathroom is big and has a large walk in shower, the door was hard to slide shut and the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are mounted on the wall and happily leak and drip onto the floor causing a slip hazard. We had asked for a 2nd rubber mat but it was never provided. There is a very long sink that takes a huge amount of water to fill and when filled doesn’t empty. Maintenance stuffed some toilet paper into the overflow hole as their ‘professional’ 4 star rating solution, what they didn’t do was tell their housekeeping staff that promptly removed it every day, leaving us having to fix each night. Bedding on the bed was a warm duvet, but this stay was during a heatwave so we slept under 2 covers only, however housekeeping would periodically remove one cover, leaving us chilly again overnight. The sofa is dreadful, basically wood with minimal industrial strength foam that does not give and is incredibly uncomfortable. It’s at a 90° angle from the fixed tv so you if you want to watch tv you do it sideways or rearrange the heavy furniture. The kitchen had a washer/drier which needed maintenance to dry. The only drawer is just above the floor under an oven (no microwave) that you need a college degree to use and much better lighting to see the controls. It was a miserable expensive stay.

Please allow me to address the points you have raised below: In regards to your view on the mattresses, we rarely receive complaints about our mattresses and for comfort we have mattress toppers permanently on our beds. We provided especially for you, 3 toppers as per your request in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I am truly sorry if this was not sufficient. After reviewing the apartment in person although the chest of drawers did close for me, we will consider a replacement as it was stiff , and I thank you for highlighting this issue. I am also really sorry to read that you found the pillows uncomfortable. We were not made aware of this during your stay, otherwise we would have been more than happy to replace them for firmer ones. I am happy to inform you that the leaky soap dispenser will be replaced, and I thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. In regards to the rubber mat, one is always provided in every apartment, however the team were not aware that a second one was requested, otherwise we would have been more than happy to place an extra one for you. Although we did have major issues with our phone system as you have highlighted when you stayed with us this did cause disruption and again our apologies for this inconvenience but I can now report this has now been resolved. Our Front of the House Manager, Head Housekeeper and Maintenance Manager had met you personally in your stay to make sure you were comfortable, and a few days later, our Head Housekeeper returned with the Duty Manager to follow up to ensure this and they had thought that you were. We are sorry if this has been misinterpreted. We did also offer, as a gesture for all the inconveniences a discount off your rate, as well as complimentary dinner on several occasions which I am sorry to learn that you did not end up taking. After searching online for the best properties in the best locations in London we found Sloane Club. The location in Chelsea is perfect for access to the underground, great restaurants, shopping, and strolling. The apartment we had was very clean, modern, with good climate control, opening windows, washer/dryer, and a complete small kitchen. The king bed was so comfortable and the sofa, tables and chairs were so much better than hotel room furnishings. Wifi was very good, and the few times we needed the concierge the service was fine. As an FYI, there is a lift to the apartment, but there were stairs up to the kitchen and down to the bathroom. We would chose to stay at Sloane Club any time in London.

A real home away from home. Nicely furnished apartments on an elegant residential street. The location is perfect and thoughtful amenities are provided. The only caveat is that maid service is not included on weekends and bank holidays. It is worth the £50 per day to have it on these occasions.

This is in a wonderful location, steps away from Sloane Square Tube Station. When checking in go straight to Sloane Members Club, the apartments are within a few minutes walk of the club reception.
We hired the large one bedroom apartment in the basement, it was a really good size and exceptionally clean. The furnishings were lovely (with the only exception of a strange shaped sofa that was obviously chosen for look over comfort). Molton Brown toiletries accompanied two robes. A small kitchen with everything needed would be ideal if looking for a longer stay, including washer/dryer and fridge.
Within 2-3 minutes walk you have lots of bars and restaurant options. The terrace at the club was also a lovely place to chill with a glass of wine. We took a short black cab ride to Battersea power station to enjoy the shops and restaurants by the river.
Would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend.

Booked 2 nights at the Sloane Apartments for my husbands 50th birthday. We had a two bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. Very spacious and clean. Check in was around the corner at the Sloane Club (a 2 minute walk). Beds very comfortable and kitchen very well equipped. No USB charging points so remember to bring a plug. Second bedroom is quite small and it was a squeeze to go between the wall and the foot of the beds. It was fine for my 2 teenagers but if you were sharing with someone you didn't know very well you might find it a bit too small! Lots of storage in the big bedroom and a small wardrobe in the small bedroom. Bathroom was lovely with a big bath and overhead shower. Additional loo next to small bedroom. Sitting room was very spacious.
Great location next to Sloane Square tube and a lovely quiet part of London to stay.
Only negative was no teabags or milk provided, just 6 coffee capsules. For the price a few teabags would have been welcomed (even Premier inn provides these). Sloane Square is not the sort of place you can grab a pint of milk from a corner shop and the nearest shop open after 7pm when we arived was a good 15 minute walk away. Also an extra armchair in the sitting room would have been nice as there was only one armchair and a sofa which wasn't enough for 4 adult sized people.

We booked a two bedroom apartment as were travelling with two children, it was perfect for our stay, quiet location, all the rooms were spotless and had all the facilities you would need for a weekend stay. Check in at The Sloane Club just around the corner was faultless, yes we had to leave a deposit with the card that the booking was made in, but this was explained on booking and considering the beautiful furniture and well stocked kitchen I would expect nothing else, A gentleman from the reception walked with us to the apartment and showed how the facilities in the apartment worked. Would I book again, I would defiantly recommend it yes, good location near the underground, if you need two bedrooms and don't want to have to creep round in a hotel family room or worry if you have adjacent rooms ... it was great to collapse in the lounge in a bottle of wine without having to whisper following a long day of site-seeing whilst the children were asleep. PERFECT.

Our visit to the apartments was intended to be an opportunity to sample the facilities offered by the Sloane Club. Normally visitors to the apartments are not able to use facilities limited to club members but as we are considering membership, Georgia kindly extended privileges to us.
Apartment 93 is a special place to stay. It has its own front door, is spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. The Wifi is excellent. There is ample storage space, and everything that might be required for a longer visit. The apartment was clean and fabulously located on a quiet street steps from Sloane Square tube. I barely heard any noise outside or from within the building even through there were some children around.
My only quibbles are the very firm bed which would have put me off staying more than a night or two (conversely the pillows are wonderful) and the absence of a few tea bags and some bottled/filtered water. Both are easily acquired in shops close by but I do not really want to carry a box of tea with me when travelling for the weekend.
All matters considered, this was a good stay, in a great location.
