We just got back from a three night stay here in Late October. Once again I trusted TripAdvisor, and I wasn't disappointed. We flew to London into Gatwick Airport, took the Gatwick Express from the airport (which is simple and very efficient) and arrived at Victoria Station in 30 minutes. My wife and I had luggage but we still decided...

Just returned from a four night stay at the Luna Simone. We booked this hotel on the strength of reviews and were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were welcomed and given the downstairs room which we had requested. The room was not as small as we had expected, and was immaculately clean and well kept. Everything we needed for our...

My husband and I stayed at the Luna & Simone Hotel for one week in October. The location was central and the room immaculate (request a quiet room if you don't wish to face the street). We would highly recommend this hotel as an affordable and convenient option for staying in London.

I stayed one night at the Luna & Simone Hotel because my flight out of Heathrow the next morning left very very early. They have a contract with a cab company that gets you to Heathrow for 40 pounds - it actually cost me 38 pounds - very friendly driver also. You can get The Tube or the Train, but...

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights from September 30 through October 5th, and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and really made an effort to get to know their guests. The hotel may not be ideal for those who plan to spend a lot of time in the room - our room was smallish,...

Ditto the last two reviews. We were also in the triple room downstairs. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and the staff was cordial and accommodating.

The Luna & Simone is a great hotel near Victoria Station. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were average European size and the bathroom was very modern with plenty of hot water. As mentioned in previous reviews, there is no lift. So if you have trouble with stairs request a lower floor. We slept...

We pent 3 nights at this location. This review may be the hardest for me to write. We spent 10 nights this trip in various locations. 4 of them were in Travelodge's, 3 in a B&B knowing that you will understand that I don't like to spend allot of money on a room. We booked here solely on Trip Advisor...

Such a lovely hotel! We stayed in the triple room (1) downstairs for 2 nights which was lovely. The bathroom was spotless and the room was really quiet at night. No road noise or noise from other guests as it's not really joined to any. Just across the coridor to the breakfast room (less than 10 steps), which was great...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
