I have just returned from a lovely one night stay in this family run bed and breakfast in the heart of Paddington. I booked my room late in the day and I was given room 404, what a cosy room, it was on the 4th floor but was a very lovely, warm and peaceful room . The room was spotless...

I accidentally booked the wrong date on Expedia. My mistake I know but there was no need to be so rude. Saying I'm sorry but we can't refund or change your booking would have been far more pleasant...

We have just returned from a lovely four day break at this family run hotel, which is within a few mins walk from Paddington station. We stayed in family room. Clean fresh linen each day and towels replaced daily too. Breakfast was served in a lovely quaint room, kids enjoyed their scrambled eggs each day and I can't fault the...

A group of us stayed at this hotel following a recommendation from a friend who stayed here last year. It's a clean and friendly place in the heart of London. All rooms have en-suite and breakfast is filling. The staff are friendly and the manager is fantastic and remembered all of us on first name terms - pretty impressed. It's...

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the staff are very friendly & the location was ideal for tourist days out. The breakfast menu had many options and you could order and get what you wanted directly at...

Hated it! Room was in the basement it was horrible! Breakfast was cereal and pastry! The stairs were hard to maneuver, you could hear people talking outside, the bed was terrible, carpet was dirty! I would not recommend anyone to stay in this place!!

Initial impression was basic but clean! Good location! Breakfast was fine. As we were packing up to leave we found a bed bug crawling across the bed (room at the bottom of the stairs). Informed staff on reception! He acted shocked but none of us fell for it! No offer of compensation!

We stayed in this "hotel" and had room number one, which was classified for four persons. But even two persons had a hard time in there. Let me list you the issues we faced: negative: if you want to pay with creditcard you have to pay a surcharge. tiny room no door lock on the inside. small disgusting bathroom (mold)...

We travelled to see our daughter in London and stayed at the Gower hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Alfred and Alex especially. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. Breakfast room Became crowded during the busy periods. Our room was also cleaned daily. Location was near Paddington & Hyde park.
