Hotel great location. Great views but rooms dirty untidy, tired and in need of refurbishment, as do the public spaces. Unattractive brown decor. Restaurant great views from the top floor spilt by tatty furnishings and rude staff with poor food served. Drastically in need of a major overhaul in decor AND staff!

Location is very central and price is honestly low. However, I had to do some work at the hotel, and it's absolutely horrible. The free wifi is so slow that it cannot get basic emails. Worst, they don't even allow you to make outside calls with the hotel phone. I was speechless when they told me I'd have to go...

Location location location! The hotel is in a good place for exploring central London, and the room was surprisingly spacious. The decor is a bit tired and lacking in style, but my room had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Big comfy bed, tea and coffee stuff, massive TV and a clean, functional bathroom.

I've been in worse hotels, these one is fair enough, but fake internet service. The staff just after check-in told me " unstable service". These days all the hotels should have at least clean room and a internet service is that difficult? I guess no!

When I booked this hotel online I thought I was going to be in a decent hotel. I don't need a 5 star hotel to make me happy. Just give me a decent bed and good wifi and a fridge that works. This place offered none of that. The pictures I saw of the rooms deceived me and were nothing...

I have stayed here many times and have always been happy with my stay and the service I receive. The rooms have been renovated and although the corridors could do with some renovation - frankly I am very happy with this hotel. People will always complain however that would mean the prices of rooms at this hotel would also rise...

Stayed here recently and found that the hotel was great ! It was clean and had everything a hotel should. Why are people complaining that it needs a lick of paint ? Your in London ! Why are you so bothered ? Maybe you went just to stay in your room instead of viewing the Capital ! Our room was...

Desperately in need of renovation. Excellent location. Helpful, Friendly staff. The paintwork in the room looked as if it had been done by an amateur. The secondary double glazing had been removed, hence the room was noisy (traffic noise) and very cold. Air conditioning was extremely noisy and didn't work to heat the room. I wore my coat for much...

Yes this hotel is dated and needs refurbished, but the view from the restaurant/ bar and central location more than make up for it. Good to see Anwar the senior concierge still there. Hope to return again

This hotel has so much potential of being a great hotel. The location is super, with just minutes of walk to Oxford Circus. The wiev is great, as rooms are located from the 9th floor and up, and you get fairly good sized rooms being in central London. However, the rooms are in very poor shape. I have stayed here...
