We have stayed regularly in similar standard and type hotels(z hotels to be specific) and this should be comparable. On arrival we were allocated rooms without windows despite when booking NOT choosing the rooms that clearly stated they were windowless. We were told it was booking.coms fault as it was booked as a third party and there was nothing they could do about this. To be fair the receptionist was really sweet and tried her best to be accommodating but the mananger was quite rude stating that rooms cannot be requested and was not in the slightest bit concerned that we weren't 100% happy about this . There are no facilities for tea/coffee in the room, unlike in Z hotels. No water bottles provided. We were told the tap water is drinking water. Just not quite the same as having bottled water available. Rooms are compact and sufficient. However on our check out our request to store bags we were astonished to be told it was a £3 per bag charge. I have NEVER been charged to store bags in any hotel when having stayed there. On our return to collect the bags we were literally shown the door by the receptionist who unlocked it and allowed us to enter and take any bag we wished ! I'm wondering what I paid for??? Would I stay again?...no. Was it value for money?..., no Would I recommend? ..no. In a current competitive market you really should be striving to gain repeat customers.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, specially Alina and Roxana.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London

I don’t even usually leave reviews but this is required on this occasion. at this hotel and I would never stay again I am in the process of attempting to make a for Ka complaint. The hotel is actually nice, great location, reasonable price, the lighting in the rooms are cool etc. The only downside really was how uncomfy the pillows were. UNFORTUNATELY after I left the hotel from our stay I checked my voicemails and had received VILE messages with menacing threats snd I quote “pay what you owe be an adult and pay” ???? Excuse me? Who are you talking to. I do not expect this from staff members to a customer. Payment for hotel from my end appears to be no issues at all I proceeded to contact the hotel directly as soon as I heard the voicemails. They have threatened to report me for fraud for an issue that is not my fault and receiving voice mails of this sort has also made me not want to cooperate and help them at all as I think it’s disgraceful to speak to customers like this. I am sad because I come to london a lot and I said to my friend it was an ideal place for us to stay but I absolutely will not be staying again and I STRONGLY advise that no one else does. I have never experienced anything like this before. Not sure if there has been a technical error with payment somewhere as was done via booking.com but as far as I’m concerned I have been spoken down to, patronised, threatened and attacked for something that isn’t my fault by hotel staff who will not hold back with how they speak to you.

The place is very comfortable and nice and the staff are extremely helpful, specially Alina and Roxanna. The breakfast was just basic but still okay. And i think coffee was not included in breakfast..

I’ve stayed in two Point A hotels. In both the staff were rude; one guy literally walked off in the middle of a conversation, the other made facetious comments while he failed to find my checkin details. The rooms are tiny. One had a small desk but you had to climb over the bed to reach it. The one I’m in at the moment doesn’t even have a desk, but at least it has a window because I paid extra. The TV is faulty, the toilet seat is broken and the fancy mood lighting gives any colour I want apart from normal light colour. I can set the “don’t come into my room” privacy light when I leave in the morning, but it’s off again when I get back. I’d suggest Point A might want to focus on getting the basics right. If you have a choice, don’t bother.
