As the title says, it is cheap clean and servicable. The rooms are basic but ok, breakfast is continental, but more than adequate. £7 to £12 taxi to Kings Cross though, and £15 to £25 to Covent Garden area, so factor this in when costing. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for one night on the 12th November, easy to find and close to the stations but that's about it on the positives. However on arrival our room wasn't ready, cot requested but no cot in room. We were told we'd have the larger double room because we had to have the cot in for our 3 month old... More

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the staff were courteous, good wifi and the breakfast adequate. Its value for money in central London and I shall stay again. Public areas could do with attention, a new or even cleaned stair carpet. But I go to Swinton for a good nights sleep and thats what... More

We were in a basement hotel overlooking a courtyard (quite pleasant). At bed time we realised the bed base in Room 1 was broken and reported this to the night manager who relocated us to Room 7 (where the base was heading in the same state direction but was slightly better). The problem is that double beds in both rooms... More

It's cheap for the area, but it's still pretty horrible. I suppose it wasn't too dirty, but it's just drab and depressing. And the lock on my window didn't work and there was a flat roof outside, so i wasn't too happy about that. In summary, my advice is to just pay a few more pounds and stay somewhere else,... More

Stayed here on 2 different occasions. For the price you will do well to get a better hotel smack in central London, about 200m from kings cross station. 24 hour kiosk, free wifi (weak signal of your on the bottom floor) it's very hot in the rooms! Continental breakfast included. It's a good hotel for a few mates going out... More

I stayed in this hotel for ten nights. Though this hotel is 8-10 minutes’ walk from London Kings Cross station, but it is situated in the calm and quite area. There is not much noise in this hotel area, except noise from underground Subway metro movement. This hotel is very small in every respect. Its reception desk, room size, breakfast... More

I stayed here one night in September 16. I checked and left soon after for dinner. The night was warm and when I returned I noticed there was no air con of any sort. The room was like a furnace. I opened the windows but had to sleep on top of the covers to avoid boiling in my own skin.... More
