The property is in a great location. The walls are so thin that I could hear the person in the next room fart, snore and go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The staff were nice and the room itself was tidy and clean. I didn't like how there was no windows but for the price and...

I stayed here in August 2016. It is located in central London and is just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. The Heathrow Express stops here so was very convenient. Hyde park is only 200 meters from the hotel. Lancaster Gate is just a short stroll away so you have an excellent transport link to the rest of London...

Although the single room was slightly bigger than at Belvedere, breakfast lacked any cooked option and infact any room in which to manicure my cat, than eat my bowl of cereal will the cast of Von trap tried to barge passed. Quite location and includes education on subjects like; how rude can a european be, or, how many varieties of...

Not a good experience- for central London the price is average for what you would pay location wise. However, I had low expectations given the relative affordability and these were sadly not even met. When I phoned up to enquire about the structure of the bathroom facilities I was told shower inside and toilet "outside right next to room". Unfortunately,...

We arrived on Monday afternoon and we're pleasantly surprised at the hotel. The room was small (we were not able to sit on the settee as it was at the bottom of the bed) but it was clean and warm. There was a safe and a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was typical...

Good location, is ok if you're not planning to spend much time in the hotel but if you are planning to stay in your hotel a bit then I recommend something a bit nicer. The door was a nightmare to open and had to get the receptionist to open it twice. Breakfast was terrible, we went once in the 4...

Stayed one night with son after a concert. Last minute booking for £35 for 2, bed and continental breakfast, small twin room, small but perfectly adequate bathroom, no way am I complaining. It was clean, warm and the staff were very pleasant. There was an adjoining room through a locked door, it didn't feel very private, and no window in...

Beds were fairly average, two single beds put together to seem it's a double bed. Shower was quite nice. TV didn't work and the key to get into our room didn't work half the time which meant us asking the not very helpful staff to help us use the key to get into our own room. Good location as it's...

My girlfriend and myself stayed in this hotel recently. We had a wonderful meal and a wonderful time at the theatre too.Unfortunately this hotel is rubbish! The staff on the front desk are rude & unhelpful (apart from the man who was pleasant & helpful). The room was tiny (the bed was comfortable). The window didn't close properly and the bathroom door only opened...

We had a double room on the 4th floor. From the stairs to the room itself it's all very tight and small. However it was clean, comfy bed and the cheapest option we found in the area, so definitely happy. Staff was very nice and friendly. We didn't stay for breakfast as we fancied something fancier. We found several nice...
