This hotel met it's purpose - ok for a budget stay. I was due to have business in the area of the hotel, which is why I booked this hotel. As it happened that particular meeting was cancelled, so in the end the hotel was some distance from where I needed to be. Service in the restaurant was slow, and...

I can't let this hotel (or the ground) close without a final tribute to the staff who made every stay special - particularly the maitre d' in the breakfast room and the lovely lady who looked after diners in the Ironworks Bar in the evenings. The old place will be sorely missed, and the people will too. Thank you.

We stayed for 1 night as a convenient location for a gig we were going to. Service on reception wasn't great, the lady was friendly enough but it felt very disorganised. The room itself was clean and tidy although the windows were mucky and the balcony (which was locked so we had no access to it) had several nub ends...

My husband and i stayed for one night to attend a friends party at the supporters club. When we arrived we were actually pretty happy, the room we had was spacious and had a lovely pitch side view. However, we soon discovered the wardrobes were locked so we could not use them but as we were only staying one night...

Booked this as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday. We arrived at around 3.45pm to be told check in was not available yet even though it was supposed to be available from 2pm. We finally was aloud to check in at half 4! We had 2 single beds even though i booked a double room. When i rung reception about...

The hotel room was clean and basic. There was no fridge in the room. The bed was really uncomfortable and the wallpaper was peeling off and had large gouges and scratches from when the bed is removed on match days. The breakfast was pretty basic as well. The sausages were under cooked and the hash browns were disappointing however overall...

This review is similar to the others basic rooms but if your a West Ham fan it's a must although this Hotel is closing June 11th. The surrounding area is very run down and didn't feel safe, shame the Eastend has gone. Breakfast was okay very tasty and freshly cooked.

Not a bad hotel for sporting groups and die hard Hammer fans. Stayed here for one week with a sporting group. Rooms cleaned every day and it has the softest towels I have ever come across in a hotel. Only issue was with security, the key cards constantly deactivate so you have to trudge back to reception to have them...

Arrived early as we had a tour booked, smashing guy behind the desk allowed us to check in early. The view from our room was superb, as a true Hammers fan I was totally overwhelmed to my left was the Sir Trevor Brooking stand and to my right the Bobby Moore stand. The room was clean and very comfortable, very...
