Not of the luxury class as many of its neighbours but it does the job. Rooms adequate but I would suggest that one ask for one at the back to avoid traffic noise. A great place to stay and very central. Staff both pleasant and efficient and there is an excellent breakfast to see yiou on your way. Great to...

This place was disgusting. the room had damp stains all over the place and a damp smell to go with it. we had requested a quiet room which we did not get due to there being a huge air-conditioning unit outside the window. The bed and room in general were crawling in bugs. We checked out within an hour of...

A colleague and I stayed here for two nights for a course. It was close to the course venue and by far the cheapest hotel in the area. We booked a twin, but were pleasantly surprised to be asked if we would like singles for the same price. The rooms are basic - bed, sink, desk, wardrobe, tv, tea &...

The reception was clean and spacious the check in was efficient and easy. the twin room with shared bath was clean warm and...

The first thing I noticed was the smell, it is in need of a refurbishment, while the bed linen was clean the beds were like camp beds. There were 3 beds in our small room and there were only 2 of us. We had to climb over one bed to get to the hand basin. A good lick of paint...

It crosses the wrong side of the budget vs cheap and nasty line occasionally - rooms tiny, scruffy, sometimes dirty, very noisy. Shared bathrooms. No heat or ac in some rooms and if you try and open the window it's really really noisy from the traffic. Small tv in rooms functional wifi in reception area. Breakfast acceptable. BUT it's central...

Just OK. Very basic rooms. Worn carpets, old furniture. Bare fluorescent tubes. Shared WC down the hall. Quite noisy. Clean and adequately comfortable though, and hard to beat the price in this location. No Wi-Fi.

Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
