I managed to book the hotel through a third party site and got a good rate for bed and breakfast. There seemed several offers out there and all better than those provided direct. With this in mind, it was a great stay as everything then seemed value for money. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and suitably modern décor left little...

I travel every week with work, and stay in a variety of hotels usually mid market hotels, this hotel is in my top 5 worse hotels, expensive (£225), small rooms, poor location, air conditioning that didn't work, a view and noise from neighbouring air conditioning units (though they do supply ears plugs in the room, enough said) one lift that's...

I chose this hotel due to the kindness of the staff and the good service specially the reception desk staff. The location of the hotel is very convenient on the picadilly line direct from the airport and direct to dowtown and far from the crowded and noisy areas. They only have one small issue is the pressure of the water...

My wife and I stayed here last night as our son was in a nearby hospital. A nice and clean hotel in London. The service was superb and the breakfast was great. The rooms can be considered small but that is not different from any other hotel in this price range in London. So this is not a problem just a reality of London.

In between average and very good, the room was clean and well equipped, the bathroom I found quite small. I felt the sound proofing not very good it felt like the lady in the next room was sat on my bed when she was talking on her phone. There was a good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast...

Dear brushmeister, Thank you for taking time to post your review. Our rooms vary in size from small doubles to king executive. The small doubles are indeed compact, however our guests prefer them as they are value for money. For future stays my personal recommendation would be to book one of our executive rooms as they are very spacious. Your...

The room was very clean with comfortable bed. We arrived late at night, everything was so easy, check-in was seamless. The location was key for us, few minutes walk to Earls court tube was awesome. Additionally, there were a lot of restaurants around the hotel. It was just so great.

Found this hotel online and stayed for 3 nights Saturday - Tuesday for £260, which in London is an amazing price for a 4* hotel. We chose it mainly for the location and the price. Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
