Very nice people! The room was spacious and perfect for our type of visit. I would happily stay here again. Good value for money. Also breakfast was offered each day! Very clean and comfortable. Close to all major transport routes and easy to find.

When I entered, a little earlier than announced, a man opende while contiously talking in the telephone. He pointed to a chair, in which I sat ten minutes while he contiued to talk. Actually, this is not a very warm welcome. You feel ignored. Eventually, I registered and paid before i was shown my room on the first floor. The...

Clean and conveniently placed b&b for gigs in Camden. Decent price and perfect for a place to lay your head after a few beers at a gig! Didn't sample the breakfast as we slept in, and didn't have a drink there either, but the bar looked decent. End of the day, you get what you pay for, I wouldn't take...

I stayed here for two nights. Check-in process was quick and staff were friendly and helpful. I thought the breakfast choice was good and enjoyed a cooked breakfast on my first morning and then a fresh omelette on my second morning. The first night I stayed in a single room. Upon entering, it was very hot, and had a strange...

I would not of had a problem with the room if the pictures on the website matched the room but this was not the case. Traffic very noisy at night due to the main road. Lovely people who ran the B&B and the breakfast was spot on. We booked to travel London for the day so booked into this B&B...

I stayed at the B&B for 3 nights as I was working in London. The B&B is about 0.5 miles from the tube station, which is approximately 10 mins walk. I stayed in the only single room. The room was very basic but was tidy. The decor was very tired and the ropom faced the main road. There was no...

I ended up on a trip to London on my own for a gig in Highgate. I looked in to this bed and breakfast as it was only half an hours walk from the venue and also from Camden in the opposite direction. After travelling and walking I went in to the bar which was clean, cosy and nicely done...

The price is superb, really friendly people work here, and the breakfast room (which is also the bar later in the day), is one of the best I have ever seen. The one tiny detail that they could improve in a day is the wallpaper in the rooms, because it looks like a 1970s B&B. The showers look a bit...

I researched various forums to locate the Castle Bar - as I didn't want to pay a fortune for a Bed and Breakfast that was in a good location. The Castle Bar far exceeded expectations. I knew the place was old and the room would be relatively Spartan and that I would need to share a bathroom. What I didn't...

This place stands out for one thing: It appears to be one of the very few places between Camden and Holloway in that price class that actually has a working internet. The breakfast is generous, too, and the staff are very friendly. Can't give five stars as the overall condition of the property isn;t that good and taking a shower...
