Perfect location for St Pauls Cathedral, The Tate Modern and more. Hotel hidden away up a side street. Room was clean, shower was in full working order. Recommended and will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed there for a weekend. It appeared to be a very lucky choice. Location was convenient as expected, reasonably noisy for Central London. The web site and Receptionists on arrival are warning about some building works in adjacent building but I have not experienced any noise issues as works do not seem to start too early. Convenient starting...

This hotel is a good value for money hotel. No frills but clean and well kept place that is close to everything in the CITY. I stay here when in London for business and am always well looked after by the fine group of people managing the place,

Very pleasant , friendly and welcoming staff .The room was quite small but very clean and well equipped for our stay. We asked for a fan which was good because there was a little noise from the bar opposite, not too bad and didn't go on to late but the fan helped mask the noise. Our room i feel needed...

Very convenient hotel 100 yds from Bank tube station. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful pointing out places to eat & recommending local bars for the evening. Rooms were spotless and very good value.

Stayed here for two nights, they told us when we arrived that there was building work on but we never heard anything in fact when I woke up during the night there was no noise at all! The staff were friendly but they told us they had put us in a big room (411) and I thought it was tiny!...

Down in London for work. Stayed one night. The hotel was superb value for money. Room small but immaculate. Bed was very comfy. Wifi only £3 for 24 hours. Hotel location was excellent and staff were very friendly. I would stay again without hesitation.

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
