I stayed over at this hotel for 1 night so that I could attend a trade show at Earls Court and I was really surprised by the standards. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, a little small and compact but that is nothing new with hotels in London. Free Wifi which had a good signal even on the 2nd...

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 21st April. The hotel was very clean and rooms modern and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and hotel was located in a nice, quiet location but still central and just minutes away from the tube station, so great location! The breakfast was great, simple but a nice variety. Will definitely return...

Stayed with spouse two nights last week. The location can not be beat with tube station a 2 minute walk away. Staff helpful; breakfast not special but not bad. The room is small but similar to most large cities. Very clean. Good for the budget traveler who does not want to share a bath down the hall.....

Nothing really wrong with this hotel. The location is perfect, just a minutes walk from the tube station (which of course mean that you'll hear the trains all night, but if you have lived in a city all your life that's not a problem) and a lot of good restaurants and pubs in the area. I was on a 3 day trip to London with my two kids. The location of the hotel is perfect - 2 minutes walk from the underground station Earls Court. The room was quite small and the bathroom even smaller. The windows were not airtight and you can hear the underground train very good. The WiFi is not for free...

To be brief: Not for anyone who is expecting even a "standard" hotel experience. Bath towels were provided, but no washcloths or hand towels; our window leaked rain onto our bed; there was a loud dripping sound in the wall that woke us up during the night; copious amounts of dust & debris in the eight-inch space between our bed...

Booked a quad room here with some friends while in London. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was great. We had a nice kettle for tea, and wifi was included. I think this is a really good hotel especially for couples. it is mernaged by a family of indian, very clean. Good breakfast. Room wasn't so tiny for being in London. The position is great, 2 minutes walk from the Earl's Court metro station, and nearby there are so much restaurant (including my favourite Thai restaurant in Kensington High street)....
