Stayed there for one night. Considering that most hotels in London have tiny rooms and are usually dirty, I was lucky to find this place. Even luckier that the place was cheap. The room was a bit on the small side, clean and with good internet connection. The gentleman at the desk (sorry I forgot his name) was kind enough...

In need of a rerurbushment, carpet smells, rooms are clean but dismal looking. Staff can not communicate effectively and are rude.No free wifi and very poor value for money. Overall shabby and will never stay there for business again.

We chose this hotel primarily for location (easy access to Heathrow tube). With a family of 4 the room was tight, but well set out and adequately appointed. We would have appreciate a few additional towels in the bathroom. Mattresses could have been more comfortable (a few springs sticking out). Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Overall, the hotel lived up to...

The area in which the hotel is located is excellent. It is crowded, with pubs and restaurants. 15 minutes from central areas, like oxford str. The noise from the train, was not so annoying for me. If you consider the high hotel rates in central London, this hotel is value for money. The breakfast is dissent, but for me was...

I had a single room and it was quite cheap too. Great location, nice room, helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more. I had such a good sleep that I missed breakfast so I don't know how it is. The staff helped me get to the airport by printing out a boarding card for free. Will stay there again

We stayed in the Hotel for 2 nights with a group of 9 persons (3 rooms). Hotel close to metro-station and shops/restaurants Service in hotel was good, we did travel with a big van, and had good help at finding a parking-space! Breakfast simpel, but good

I stayed for a week with my family. The room, at the ground floor too near the elevator, was small and the bath room had the sealed windows. There was too noise, why the tube station is very close and people waiting for the elevator spoke with high voice. The cleaning level is good, but only one towel is given...

Stayed here for one night in a triple room with 2 friends. The room was at the back of the hotel on the third floor and sleep was impossible due to the constant noise throughout the night from the trains and maintenance work at nearly Earl's Court station. The room was not a triple room but was a double room with...

We were well received, arriving and departing in the middle of the night, staff was nice and the hotel quite clean and neat. The underground tracks running right under the windows was a bit disturbing, but we´re not light sleepers, so endurable. The room would have been small but acceptable as a double, but three beds didn´t really work. To...

Thank you for your review. However, I would like to take strong issue with the points made. This guest made a non-refundable reservation, for which we took the money as per the terms of the reservation. The guest then called us, demanding that we refund their money, even though they had chosen the cheaper, non-refundable option. The guest first shouted...
