The room was clean and ok, yet small, with two queen-size beds. Plus for clean towels every day. A bit noise from the underground, if you need silence to sleep, it would be a problem. A terrible smell in the bathroom made it necessary to have the window open, which made it rather cold in there. The wi-fi was slow,...

OK so 3 star at best. Advertises as luxury I am not so sure. I guess in London £109 a night for a double no breakfast could be considered OK. My room this week was small. Loaded up some pictures. Double bed not to bad comfort wise only accessible form one side. Basic shower cubicle in corner of same room....

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Shower is 3 x 3, however, the shower head is right at the ceiling, so one does now have to be a contortionist to shampoo hair. NO AIR CONDITIONING! Even though people in the UK think they don't need air conditioning, believe me they do! 90 degree plus days make for...

Photos given by web site are very misleading! Arrived and given a twin room in the basement, this was the smallest hottest room possible. The room backed on to the railway, the noise was great! Walls were covered in PVC the telephone did not work could not get WiFi and television was difficult to see when mounted on top of...

This is a good option for a family of five on a budget. First it is very hard finding any hotel room that would fit 5 people and then add in the requirement of a limited budget. We were in room 103, just over looking the street, above the small lobby. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom...

Okay, so for $400 for 3 nights...no A.C., no mini fridge, the tiniest bars of soap known to mankind, a fan that did nothing, 1 bedroom light (fluorescent, on the ceiling), and thimble-sized yogurts at bfast. It seems they want to cut so many corners here, that there is no NICE STUFF. Yes, it's convenient, and didn't cost a lot,...

We stayed for 5 days around a weekend, and while all our devices would connect to the wifi, we had no internet access. That is one of the most important amenities when traveling internationally, and we were really inconvenienced by the inability of onsite staff to do anything to fix it. The "included breakfast" is a joke - don't consider...

Myself and my husband stayed here for 3 days the only thing worth while to brag about is it's 2 minutes from the underground. Our room number 403 was on the 4th floor it was actually in the attic with a small window which was looking onto the roof top, there was no air in this room and certainly no...

Great value for the price! Very comfortable beds and great bathroom. On a quiet street. Quant and historic building with all modern comforts. The front desk is very helpful for international visitors. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Good hotel for quick stay. All is basic. Great location, 5 min walk to the tube station, Piccadilly line. A lot of pubs around which open till midnight, not 11 as usual. Grocery stores, pharmacy, bars, restaurants – all around. It is noisy outside as there is a train station right after the backyard. We booked hotel right at the...
