I am not a person easy to complain, however in this case it is hard to remain silenced! No heating inside the hotel (5-7°C outside) and rooms with broken windows! ! That was all offered for 65£ (discounted price from booking.com)! I've stayed in 2...More
I visited this hotel on Tuesday April 25th and checked out on the 28th.
After reading reviews on here, I was nervous. I had visions of a room with a door that wouldn't lock, no hot water and a funny smell in the room.
Partner and I stayed for two nights. Once we reached our room on the top floor having somehow made it up the seven flights of stairs we thought it was okay, just a simple bedroom with en suite as expected. Bed was comfy enough, wifi...More
No heating, no wifi, no hot water, dirty. Breakfast served from 8h. Please do not go in this hotel. Just awful. Too expensive for what you get. I haven't been to such a place for a very long time.

Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and
some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.

We bought in advance a transfer bus ticket from the WizzAir company, which we were travelling with. But we landed in the Luton, so I don't know, if the WizzAir goes also from Standsted airport, the bus stopped at Victoria Station, 5 minutes walk from the hotel. But definitely the price will be the same as if you buy it straight at the airport from the London public transport company (not any private low cost airlines), you may check it on the web.
