I never tend to write reviews however I thought I would make an exception for this hotel. We decided to stay at this hotel for just one night and booked a deluxe double room. Upon arrival we were upgraded free of charge to an executive king room which included a complimentary small bottle of house wine and a welcome pack...

The hotel is very convenient --- it has a separate entrance from within Victoria Station. The rooms are pretty small, but what you would typically expect in a London hotel. The breakfast was also very delicious and extensive --- eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, fruit, coffee, juice, etc. The staff were just a bit rude. We requested an ice bucket...

Wonderful room, great breakfast and cool champagne bar. We stayed in an executive room which had full celing high and old character charm but the decor was new and modern. Had a full english breakfast in the morning whihc was worth it so we could enjoy London for the day.

Was greeted by a very friendly person at the check in called Nabzl who told us we could check in early and was immediately upgraded which was fantastic. I stayed in this hotel on a business trip. The young lady who checked me in was efficient and polite. The original room I was given had an air con system which had a background noise which I knew could wake me (light sleeper!) in the early hours. They kindly allocated another room which was beautifully big, double aspect windows,...

We stopped for a cocktail - there was a good selection for around £12-15 each. Lots of spirits too. Very nice decor too. It's a reasonably small bar but in a lovely, comfortable setting. The hotel looked amazing and you're able to enter from the main road or Victoria station which is convenient.

Had a lovely one night stay here with my boyfriend as a birthday treat - the lobby is very impressive and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I chose the Grosvenor as my sister had stayed there previously and loved it. I'm so glad I listened to her as when I return to London in the future that is the only hotel I would stay in. Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
