The Service was first class and the staff exceptionally helpful. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is situated in an ideal location for exploring the main sites in London. Being located at Victoria station makes it ideal for travel from the airports

We stayed for one night at The Grosvenor. All staff were charming, our room and surroundings were delightful. We were very well looked after. The hotel is perfectly placed adjacent to Victoria Station, to explore Buckingham Palace, the Royal Parks and Westminster.

I really enjoyed my two nights at the Grosvenor. I upgraded to a double room, and enjoyed the luxurious comfort of an attractive spacious room with a lovely bed. The room service was a special treat. Excellent coffee (and I am very picky about that), and delicious breakfast and dinner. I had to ask to be moved to a quiet...

If you work around Victoria, you’ll know that there isn’t much about in the way of social entertainment, a bit bleak is a mild way of putting it! Alas, one resorts to hotel bars once again and although this one was not on my list, it is a welcome addition. Humbly located in Victoria station, if you get a good...

Dear Reviewer, Thanks for your post. The Grosvenor is indeed a beautiful hotel and our Reunion cocktail bar is one of Victoria’s best kept secrets. Overlooking Victoria station concourse it is a perfect setting to watch the world go by, enjoy the ambience and sample a cocktail or two from our professional and knowledgeable bar team. We hope to see...

The hotel is just outside of Victoria underground. No noise seemed to carry to the room as that was very quiet although directly over the tube station. The location was the main plus as it is central to everywhere you need to go in London and as Victoria is a main stop it seems to take you to most places...

Dear Reviewer, Thanks for your post. One of the main reasons our guests choose to stay at The Grosvenor is our location here in Victoria with convenient transport links right outside our doors. Due to our impeccable service, high standards and modern luxury we have the pleasure of welcoming back many returning guests. Hypnos beds with mattress toppers for extra...

I always stay here when in London. Convenient location and very clean and quiet. You can travel anywhere by tube bus or train and you don't even have to go outside Victoria station to get into the hotel...very handy when it.s raining.

Dear Reviewer, Thanks for your post and five star review. With this inclement weather our location is so convenient for getting around and our side entrance with direct access to the underground, bus station and mainline trains is definitely an advantage. We look forward to seeing you again. Kind regards, Kris

Stayed here for one night as part of a big treat and we had an executive room which was lovely! Every detail in the room was great and it was huge with a massive comfy bed! The slight downside to the whole experience was that the check-in process took far too long given we had pre-paid the room and the...

The is not THE Grosvenor as in the Grosvenor house hotel on Park Lane. This error happens all the time - it is almost unavoidable both because of the name and the imagery on site. Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
