I went to this hotel with my dance group in a trip to London where we were doing dance workshops etc. As soon as we got there the staff were rude to us all! They provide no chairs in the reception area so therefore when they want 23 young adults to fill out a form the only result was to...

This is the second time I have stayed here. There first being nearly seven years ago. It hasn't changed a bit in that time apart from some rather badly done bathroom renovations. The beds are firm, everything is clean. Worse thing is the shower head, with the amount of minerals in London water these need to be cleaned from build...

We stayed here 2 nights end of January. We had chose this hotel because it was central - it was literally round the corner from Russell Square tube station. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and approachable. The staff in the dining area at breakfast were very helpful, always spoke and the staff from the kitchen topping up the...

I stayed here in November with my husband and parents. We have all stayed here before on many occasions and knew what to expect, no frills but clean and value for money. However was very dirty on this occasion, blood on bathroom floor on arrival. After our visit in November I will never stay again. My room and 3 others...

Bedrooms and beds Are ok, we hadn't problems with wi- fi at the room, it worked perfectly. Cleaning of our room was in top! Hotels location is very Good, ca 15 min walk from Trafalgar Square, underground is just around a corner. Breakfast is very poor, and I' m very disanpointed about it.

I have stayed in other hotels from this chain and would rate this on the scale, namely a 5* however, due to a few issues I can only give it a 4*. The staff were all very polite and helpful to me a disabled guest, especially the breakfast staff (fetching and carrying my food for me) and those in the...

Myself and my children take a trip to London every year and try to stay somewhere new each time...I wouldn't stay here again! The size of the bedroom was ok but the cleanliness and general state of it was very poor. Breakfast was also below par...wouldn't stay here again

The rooms are okay, standard rooms, but even though the hotel states there's free wifi in all rooms there's not - you're not even sure to have wifi in the common areas. Also, really bad breakfast included - light paper thin bread with butter basically. I would not recommend this! The location is really good though - right next to...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
