As mentioned, invest some time training your staff. I encountered very average service at multiple places within the hotel. No one was rude, however this is a lovely venue with huge potential for large parties information should be easier to get

Stayed at the hotel for a relative's party and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything in the bedroom was a ‘cut above’ for a hotel in this price range. It had a definite boutique feel. The creative touch of the old fashioned silver telephone as I entered the room was the first indication this room was not the norm. The décor...

Love this hotel. Interesting building. Fantastic rooms, spotlessly clean. Great bar, garden and lounge. Friendly staff. All in all brilliant value for money. I have paid more to stay at premier inn up the road. 1000 times better than any of those chain hotels

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and well maintained. The location was ideal for our needs and easily accessible. On site parking is certainly a bonus and I would certainly stay at the hotel again.

Just went there for a few drinks with a friend as we were in the area, only to be greeted by an amazingly well hidden and expansive beer garden! Its a venue that i much wished I had visited before and my friend and I were pleasantly surprised with the place. On top of such an great venue, one of...

Staying at the Drayton was great. We had the Blue Lamp Suit and it was fabulous, a really nice set of rooms, well furnished, clean and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and friendly at reception and at breakfast. My only complaint is that the heating in our room hadn't been put on at all before we arrived and as...

This was the first hotel in Ealing, originally with ballroom. Now a large spacious pub with big gardens, they have modernised en-suite rooms which are not spacious but not cramped. Not rooms to spend lots of hours awake in but decent coffe m/c and thermos flask of milk; good free view TVs and good wifi. Pub food is good, but...

Only stayed one night but would happily have stayed longer. Stayed in room 24 which was spotless. Bed really comfy!! Parking included in the £72 bed and breakfast price was fantastic!! Breakfast was really nice but could have done with a bit more bacon. Excellent range of beers in the bar and was walking distance to plenty of other good...

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Drayton Court. Large, comfortable rooms, great service (including fresh milk daily for tea). Beautiful sitting room with wood-burning fireplace and a great pub with excellent food and service.
