The Drayton Court Hotel is located in a pretty quiet avenue in Ealing. So night time traffic was not a problem. The rooms are nicely decorated with very comfy beds. The duvet was a little light for us so an extra cover/blanket on the end of the beds would be great as we do not like too much heat in...

Good location, clean, lovely food, lovely rooms. Staff were helpful. Tea and coffee in the rooms. Heating system in rooms was excellent. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

All the staff were just fabulous, very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return. The room was perfect for a single person which I was , not so sure if it would be big enough as a double. Loved the atmosphere and the outside area looks fab too.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. We booked this trip as a birthday gift for my boyfriend who wanted to experience the English Rugby atmosphere during 6 Nations. With some advice from the hotel staff we were able to get tickets for the match England vs France. The stay at the hotel was just wonderful, gorgeous room...

Staff were friendly and helpful, double room was adequate for 1 person but not big enough for two people if more than a nights stay..But all in all a nice inexpensive stay for the money in this area..Yes I would use again

Again early evening on a work day and quite busy. Only one member of staff serving both food and drink. Perhaps the manager should make an appearance now and again, some regular customers here have never seen her. It is really getting beyond a joke at times now

The GM Michelle runs the everyday business of the Hotel, I run the bar, and you see me on a daily basis. I understand that it got busy, but it was unexpected on a rainy Tuesday, I'm sorry you feel let down with your experience, but you will continue to be served in a timely manner. Kind regards, George

Great value and lovely rooms. Bar offered nice food with a good atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Limited parking but we found a space. Rooms also offered a good selection of amenities.

We had a fabulous 2 night stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular the young guy George, nothing too much troubl, from checking my booking to popping out to get the telephone number of the hairdressers next door. All the staff seem to work very long hours but are always smiling and ready to help.

The whole stay was great. The room was very cosy and welcoming. The continental breakfast was good value at £6.00 and the quality of the food was fresh and enticing. I will definitely be back for another stay.

What a shame ... This hotel should get 5 out of 5 however customer experience is so poor I wish I didn't have to spend another night here, and it's so bad I'm writing this review mid stay! Great location, so easy to get in and out of London, nice surroundings in hotel, comfy beds, good food and excellent choice...
