Well located and staffed boutique hotel. Situated centrally for all the sites righ behind the British Museum in a quiet street. The room we had was lovely if a little small but the staff and facitilites where first class.

I've just spent the week in London on training as part of my new job. Couldn't have found a nicer hotel. Staff very helpful, polite and professional. The room was warm and welcoming, clean and tidy. Breakfast was always hot at the self service and staff all had a smile and a welcome. They were very accommodating booking places to...

I booked an executive room facing the garden and for London standards it was quite large. Well appointed with good bathroom amenities. It was a quiet room which was my priority in this particular trip. Staff was friendly. We had breakfast included everyday but I noticed as on weekday, when breakfast is not complimentary, the food selection was nicer and...

Having previously stayed in two other Grange Hotels, I had high expectations for this hotel, but left feeling a little underwhelmed. Positives: quiet, comfortable bed, powerful, hot shower, friendly staff and good selection of tasty food for breakfast. Negatives: we had no bedside tables, and our bed folded out from the wall so we were also rather close to the...

Very traditional style London hotel with beautiful design elements. Friendly and efficient service. Small room. Unfortunately poor noise insulation. I heard the street and people walking in the corridor and in the room above me. Also the room was warm and I couldn't turn off the heating. The mattress wasn't great either. I didn't have breakfast. The free Wifi worked...

I have booked this hotel for my overseas visiting friends. Compare to the price it's an okay place. We have expected a lot for the price that we've paid. Very Good breakfast and average superior rooms.

We have state at the Grange hotel on 2 occasions now and both have been most relaxing and enjoyable. staff are professional and friendly. Rooms comfortable an continental breakfast is good. I like its proximity to Kings Cross station. The horse is well placed for the British museum and easy to access the West End.

I was impressed with how friendly and helpful all the staff were at this hotel. Our room was very compact but it had a lovely view over gardens and the British Museum. The room as a comfortable temperature and spotlessly clean. I found the bed to be firm, but I slept really well. Breakfast was average, definitely not worth the...

The staff are really welcoming and nice at this hotel. Parking is a need issue but it's central London so it's to be expected. The breakfast is shockingly expensive for what it is, it's 2.5 times more expensive than premier Inn for example and not as good. All in all its a good hotel and I would recommend it, but...

We stayed overnight and the staff are very good and very customer focussed. The general hotel is very nice although some parts are looking a little worn. The rooms are adequate. We had room G3. Overall it was good but the pull down bed was a bit low and a bit uncomfortable. We opted for a cooked breakfast which i...
