If not ,im sure there would be a laundrette in Paddington,in the station area.
You can always take uber to get around , download the app- in the way of places you can still sight see some landmarks - luxury hotels would be open so afternoon high tea could be an option - London is 24/7 so I'm sure... More

"Rooms not facing the road should be quieter but it is not in a particularly noisy area anyway."
