Stayed on Saturday and Sunday night £160 for double room and breakfast. Arrived in London at 8.30 got 390 bus from St Pancras stopped on end of the road for hotel. Reception let us check in as the room was ready. Small room with a shower TV tea and coffee complimentary bottle of water. In need of a lick of...

Having read other reviews we knew the room would probably be small, having booked the hotel whilst we visited winter wonderland this wasn't an issue for us. On arrival we had a warm welcome at reception and found our room was on the ground floor at Street level in the front. The room was small But had everything we needed...

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a few days so that we could go sightseeing in London. The value of this hotel is not bad considering how dramatically overpriced London is. We were given a small room for a family of four, and we could not fit all of our bags. The kind front desk agent thankfully...

A one night stay. Small room but adequate and very clean. It was good value for money with breakfast and WiFi included. Excellent location being very close to tube station and bus stops. However room was very hot and small dining room.

I had an excellent stay at this location! This hotel met all my needs as a traveler. From cleanliness to the friendly staff. I arrived very early due to my flight. I was talking with Michael (front desk) and he was very welcoming. He was able to check me in early. I walked into a very clean room. The room...

Stayed in a double room which was the smallest double room I have ever stayed in. It was hilarious. If you happen to have bigger luggage, you'll be in trouble to find a place for it. However, the room was clean, everything was working. Breakfast was nothing special, but you could find basic food. The breakfast room is located in...

Read reviews about how tiny the room was at the cheapest price. Yes, the room was small but perfect. Quiet, good air conditioner, nice staff, and adequate breakfast. A good price in a very expensive town. Location is near the underground, buses only a short walk away. Hyde Park very close. Would go back again. The only negative is that...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Upon making our reservation we knew that our room would be small but did not realise it would be so tiny. There was about a foot of space between the end of the two twin beds and the wall and the rest of the room including the bathroom were...

Everything was great with regard to the staff and the front lobby accommodations. The staff were so friendly and were EXTREMELY helpful. The room, on the other hand, was a little bigger than a shoe box. We expected small from reviews but oh my goodness. There were three of us in the room with a double/queen bed and a twin...

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean room. I would stay here again if I come to London. Great place to stay. Front desk will help you with whatever you need; directs, restaurants, sight seeing, anything.
