Lovely hotel in a brilliant location a short walk from Hyde Park, Oxford Street & Marble Arch. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. Perfect for a lovely couples weekend away in central London I would return in a heartbeat
2020 has been a challenging time for all travellers around the world- especially if all your plans are cancelled. Thank you Parkwood Hotel for refunding our full amount, despite me booking a 'no-cancellation option'. Your compassion and generosity has not gone unnoticed and I will definitely return to your hotel when the world settles and we travel again.
The location is awesome, the full English Breakfast is amazing, the work team is so receptive, I have nothing to complain! I had a problem with my day 2 covid test, and they helped us as the problem was theirs! I’m so happy to stay here. When I come back to London, sure that I’ll be here on Parkwood at Marble Arch! Thanks so much Parkwood Team for all!
We stayed in the Parkwood B&B whilst in London watching the Lion King and visiting the Winter Wonderland. The location was spot on! About 5-10 minute walk from Marble Arch tube station and just down the road from Oxford Street and all the shops. The staff were faultless, the room was a lovely size, clean and the bed was really comfortable. The only slight issue was the first morning we had breakfast it was cold and quite tasteless. However the second morning it was lovely and hot. Very convenient and good value for money.
We just had a lovely break in london. We stayed at the parkwood hotel and loved it the staff are lovely and the manager Gail is extremely helpful breakfast is great more th tbean enough we found the hotel to be excellent value for money in a brilliant location. The room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities i succinctly recommend the parkwoo d .We will be returning later this year. Oh and Monte the managers little dog is a delight also..
Back to my home from home again – it’s been a while but glad to be back. This time it was for pleasure rather than work – I had my son with me and we were there to see the sights. The staff were brilliant and always make you welcome. Good information available to guide us on how to get to places and good restaurants – the hotel is so central it’s easy to get about. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed in them including a private bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities – beds are very comfortable. Breakfast as always was great and very filling. I will certainly stay there again when I am back in London.
I stayed at the Parkwood for 1 night in a room in the ground floor while I was seeing a friend in London. The room was a clean on arrival, and a comfortable temperature, the bed was comfy so I had a great nights sleep and all of the facilities worked perfectly. The staff we very friendly throughout my stay and the breakfast was very tasty. The location of the hotel was perfect if you are meeting up with friends in central London as it is walking distance to Marble Arch tube station and Oxford Street if you are a shopper. I would highly recommend staying at the Parkwood Hotel is it alway a pleasure staying there.
An independent hotel with welcoming staff for whom nothing seems too much. Clean and well appointed rooms in a converted Georgian townhouse. Rooms have TV, fridge, safe and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests have their own key to the property so can come and go as they please. Full and buffet breakfast available and cooked to order. 50m from Hyde Park and 150m from Marble Arch at an unbeatable price. Terrific value for money.
We stayed for 2 days in room 1 which is situated on the ground floor. The room was airy, the beds were so comfortable and the facilities within were very very good. The staff are so accommodating, really good service and a quality full English breakfast was served, which included the best sausages we had ever eaten. My daughter and myself were meeting up with friends and family and the location was perfect as there was lots of choice of quality bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Parkwood Hotel as it was a pleasure to stay there
Bank holiday break for some shopping and R&R. Hotel was fab with lovely staff who were more than accommodating... nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast was amazing...Norfolk sausages were wonderful! Fantastic location for the shops and Hyde Park within a few minutes walking distance. We ventured to Greenwich as the public transport is very close so possible to see all the sites. Room with private bathroom was really comfortable and clean with tea and coffee and lovely comfy beds to guarantee a wonderful nights sleep. Wonderful stay will be going back.
