I was very surprised that this place looked so nice. After my previous experience on Sussex Garden i was not sure. It was a small but cosy double room on 3rd floor. Without a lift. There is no wi-fi there (they have it in the reception of Mirte Hotel which is just next door). Except of this two inconvenience i... More

Location of the hotel is perfect, not very noisy, close to the downtown. Room was clear and nice, althought beds were squeaking, and no wifi in the room was another disadvantage together with shared bathroom. Staff was very nice.

This is the worst hotel I stayed in. Stayed there 2 nights in July. First day, checked in and got up to the room... it's tiny, the wall/ceiling was covered in huge damp stains, there was a balcony but you couldn't go on it as the floor looked like it was rotten/damaged. And also found a dirty sock on the... More

Top location, charmy building, warmest and friendliest staff ever!! My band and I jammed out on the piano and guitar in the nice lobby every morning. Not only that created a really nice vibe during the stay.

It is a basic hotel in a nice area of London. The Rooms are small and the throw over on the bed was stained. When I went to sleep I used the small pillow for support and I felt a pinch on my head during the night but thought nothing of it, when I woke up I had a bite... More

I've stayed four times. Our room was all newly decorated, clean and loverly breakfast. Charming couple that own it and very helpful. Suits me! Will come again! It's the best B and B I know in London really easy access to Kings cross and st Pancras and they let you leave your luggage before and after booking in and out!... More

I arrived late at night by public bus from the Victoria Station and it took me what seemed like forever to find this hotel. When I arrived the front door was locked, and check-in occurs at the Mitre hotel next door. I was given a room on the top floor. There is no elevator and there are no helpful staff... More

For the price you pay to stay in the middle of London it's brilliant. If you make the assumption it's only a place to sleep. Again it does the job. If you want more such as an en suite bathroom this is not the place for you.
