Excellent location literally round the corner from Earls Court tube station. There are also lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. Hairdryer and kettle are provided in the room. Free wifi. Breakfast was continental - could have been a bit better but for the price paid was perfectly serviceable. Staff...

I stayed two nights with my daughter at the hotel. was received by the lady who said we have charged you already. Room on third floor up very steep stairs and quite small. Breakfast very average . We were allowed to leave luggage before we got the room and leave it after we signed out .

Feedback, both positive & negative, helps us to monitor our performance so we thank you for your review. To clarify the payment issue, please note that we only charge guests in advance if they opt for a pre-paid/non-refundable booking. Otherwise, your credit card is simply pre-authorised for the first night's room charge and the transaction is completed on your arrival...

Really great value for your money. Personal is super nice. Breakfast was better than I expected, good variety. Location is amazing. No lift was inconvenient when bringing bags to the top floors... Overall very good experience. Would stay again and recommend others :)

I felt that this hotel represents good value for money. We stayed for two nights while visiting London and found it perfect for our purpose. We stayed in a ground floor room which was situated adjacent to the reception area. We did wonder if we'd be disturbed but, apart from the odd mumble, it was peaceful. The room was very...

Our room was quite large and the bathroom was a fair size. Very good standard of cleanliness but the furniture had seen better days. We were on the 4th floor, phew you need to be quite fit! We overslept and missed breakfast but our friends said it was not very good. However this is a good location and we didn't...

Although there were aspects of Rushmore Hotel which fell short of your expectations, it's encouraging to find that your overall experience was reasonably good. I hope you enjoyed the concert at the Albert Hall which is located within easy reach of our hotel. Thank you for your feedback.

Stayed one night here in March 2016, before my flight home. This hotel is a great deal! It's hard to find a decent place for this price in London (about $70/night). The room was small, but clean, well-stocked, and with private bath. Free continental breakfast. Amazing location in the heart of London, and one block from Earl's court tube station....

I stayed here on a Monday night as I needed to be in Central London early the next morning and it's not too far to travel. I was put in a room on the third floor and as other people have mentioned already, there was no lift/elevator. However, I was more than happy to walk up a few stairs and...

I and my two friends stayed four nights here in a four person ensuite room on the first floor with a cute balcony. The room and bathroom were clean and mostly comfortable. Only the shower was extremely small, but even I as a big person managed to deal with it, the other pros outweighing the inconvenience of the shower. No...

Booked this hotel for 5 days for my london trip. Pros: Location. The hotel is 2min walk to earls court where u can take the train all over london as well as less than hour ride to Gatwick. Also, plenty of resturants, pub, supermarket ad well as currency exchange places near by. Nandos is on the same street. Wifi is...

Thank you for pointing out the pros and cons of your visit to our hotel. I am sorry that you were disappointed with the buffet breakfast but would like to say in our defence that we know of no hotel which serves breakfast at 3pm. Although there are no safes in the bedrooms, we do have a large safe at...
