I booked a family room on booking.com for this hotel a few months ago, and it worked out about £30 with breakfast per person. Now when your only paying this it can mean a couple of things - 1) not the most desirable of locations or 2) it's going to be rather run down and unpleasant. This place was neither....

My husband travels regularly to London and often has to stay overnight in budget hotels. Usually he makes no comment but this time he remarked on how he had a vey clean and comfortable room . There appeared to be new carpets and fresh paint everywhere. The breakfast was freshly cooked and he considered he got excellent value.

The hotel is within walking distance of Paddington station, and it's easy to get around to other parts of London. Nice neighborhood. The rooms are nice and clean. Nothing fancy, but the hotel offers everything you need for a weekend trip to London.

Met our expectations fully. Good place for a weekend stay with friends. Nice and clean. Easy to get around from Paddington station. A couple of good eating places nearby, The Victoria and Garfunkles among them.

After a long flight from Melbourne it was so good to find somewhere so central and conveniently located. The guys who looked after me were pleasant, polite and accommodating, the room was comfortable, clean and warm. There was a complimentary breakfast included and although I arrived before check in time my room was ready. I had a quiet single room...

I was up in London for a combination of business and pleasure. My friend booked a twin room for us both but then had to go away on business, so it was just me. Whilst it is no palace it was clean and comfortable. A simple breakfast was included which started the day well. The positive for me was the...

A small, but extremely comfortable room. Breakfast correct. Very good service. Friendly people doing their best for the client. Just a piece of advice to potential customers: don't go to breakfast after 7.30, you might end up in a queue. I highly recommend this hotel and I'l go back there. I usually organise trips to London for my (not so...

The hotel has good location, the Paddington metro station is just 5 min walking distance. Actually we were just walking to everywere, Hyde Park, Buckingham, Big Ben, Picadelly. The rooms were clean and the reception was nice. If you get the neighbours, for sure, you will hear them. The breakfast is average:(, it dos'nt not make you smile..

Perfectly situated hotel near Paddington. Although close to many amenities, the block itself is quiet. Fernando is an excellent host. This hotel is of course home to small rooms, but they are spectacularly clean and the bathrooms are newly renovated. Next time I visit London I'm coming back. Loved it.

We enjoyed a two night stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The family room was clean and tidy, although the shower room was a small as it could possibly be. Be prepared to queue for breakfast, which needs to be eaten between 6.30 and 8.30. A little early for teenagers!

Thank loumil
