Facilities included. blood and feces on the bedroom floor, no curtains, 1 socket for 6 people, holes in walls. No sink in toilet. Horrendous experience, I refused to stay in and did not get refunded. Disgusting!!

Hey Elisabeth, thank you for your question! Sheets, duvets and pillows are all provided and are nice and clean and ready to sleep on upon arrival. All of our pillows are checked monthly to ensure they are nice and bouncy, however if for any reason you don't like your pillow come let us know at reception and we've got a load of spares you can choose from. (As an additional point, In the interest of hygiene and to avoid unwanted pests we do not allow guests to use their own linen, pillows or sleeping bags).
