Arrived at 11am and left our case in reception, had already phoned and advised to say that we would be going to Hyde Park for a concert. In return at 11pm we were sent with out case to sister hotel Beverley 4 doors down the road. As we made our way down the stairs a mouse ran down the corridor...

We have stayed 3 nights. I've liked the fact that they had both English and European plugs in the room so no adapter needed...the water was hot even in the night and the location is very quite and close to a lot of pubs/restaurants as well as to metro stations. From past experiences in London I would say that this...

It's cheap. Which means some things. The TV didn't work. Thankfully I have an idea with TVs and managed to fix ours. Similarly there was a problem with the kettle that we figured out and solved. Both were reported to reception. However the breakfast is great, the reception staff are friendly and responsive. They told us we had a room...

Room was basic but clean and comfortable. There is a problem with hot water in the shower if you use it during peak periods like first thing in the morning or later at night. If too many people are using showers at the same time, hot water is not readily available. Staff at this hotel are very nice and friendly...

I needed an inexpensive place for a stopover in London, returning from the north of England to the US. The Nayland is an exceptionally easy walk (maybe five minutes? less?) to Paddington to catch the Heathrow Express and is well-situated for a place to grab a bite to eat in the evening or for a walk in Hyde Park-Kensington Gardens....

A hotel with easy access to trains and buses. Helpful staff. Rather small room and bathroom. The breakfast could be better. A bit expensive. Safe area with restaurants and small shops. Easy access from and to Heathrow by express train. There is a small sitting area at ground floor where you can have a coffee or tea for a pound...

Room was really small, no place to put your suitcases. The beds were sold "2 separate" but there was basically 5cm gap between them - if even that. Breakfast was a bit thin, coffee, tea, juice, toast, ham, cheese, jam and boiled eggs. Variety of cerials but nothing fresh. Personal was helpful and friendly, hotel is old, and rather clean...

Needed a hotel for a one night stay for work. Chose Nayland after careful consideration. Location is ideal, being in paddington with good transport network around. Lobby is clean and organised, staff were welcoming and helpful. Overall very clean and well looked after. Booked a twin room though it was only me, as soon as I went it realised that...

Room was small and cosy, i like the carpeted floor as it is comfortable for a cold weather, but the toilet floor tiles were super duper cold, which you'll have to stand on the toilet cloth mat as much as possible. The breakfast spread was good, considered the price that we paid. The location was great, lots of nice eateries...

Thanks for staying us. Our room sizes are compatible to the huge city London where space matters a lot. Our hotel building is council approved and built ages ago. We can not change the room sizes but our rooms are nice, clean and tidy with TV, Free Wifi facility, Hair dryer, extra blanket and pillow/s in wardrobe, Ensuite facility with...
