The hotel is in a great location however they switch off the heating during the night so you wake up freezing cold until the heating comes on again. The rooms are small and the ensuite was dirty and tiny. Didn't have the breakfast provided as I left early due to how cold the room was and the draft coming from...

on arrival we were first told we had not booked which was annoying as we had 2 rooms booked, it turned out the room had been booked in someone else's name so that was sorted out. We were given the key to rom 212 which we found down some steps off the main corridor where my wife then fell into...

Arrived just before 2pm on our check in day to be informed that due to the hotel being busy we would not be able to check in until 2.30pm. However due to emailing on booking we where allocated a parking space out front. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. On returning back to the hotel at 3pm we where greeted...

Stayed 5 Nights in November. 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station, Heathrow Express about 15 minutes. The Hotel is clean, the beds are really good. Breakfast was white and Brown bread for toast. Boiled egg, ham, cheese, marmelade and som kind of corn and milk. That was all, but everything tasted very good, så for us this was quite ok....

Room good location very good hospitality good. If you are looking for a hotel that you go just for the night to sleep and for the day time to relax it's very ideal. The location of this hotel is very good nearby Paddington station and very near edgware road Oxford Street.

I stayed there for three days in end of October. I liked it, it was clean and comfortable, and the price is low, but unfortunately the breakfast was poor. The hotel staff is friendly. Location is fine - near the underground station and quiet district.

If you want just a one nighter in central London then it's ok but don't book it for any longer, there are very few facilities and the staff haven't got the best English or attitude. Some of the rooms are tiny and there are no tea and coffee making facilities, the bar consists of about 6 Optics and 2 tables with...

I stayed for three nights with my family (wife and toddler). I was given what they called a double room. It was a tiny, tired-looking room with a small bed, horrible bed linen and a sickly green rug. Bathroom can only be described as a wash cubicle. I asked for a baby cot which they didn't have. I tried to...

This hotel is the worst place I've ever stayed at, the staff were very rude and arrogant. The room smelt disgusting, the decor was out dated. The shower didn't work it was freezing cold!!! The bedding was vile and unclean.

Haven't even visited yet but already had a bad experience. Unfortunately they dates selected for my stay were incorrect. I'm meant to be staying next month. Instead I got an email from booking.com asking how my stay was... I was like wait I haven't stayed yet. Turns out the dates were out by a month. I didn't receive any notification...
