Complete rip off go elsewhere Floorboards squeak, showers are too small, toilets don't work, springs pop out of the bed and into the back. I asked for my money back for the second night as it was so bad and the staff refused the request And refused to give me the manager's number to speak with him. A complete rip...

We booked a large de-luxe room. Not with the wildest imagination did our room meet the description. It was dirty, smelly, desparately in need of decorating. We found the staff quite intimadating. You have been warned, stay far away. I would sooner sleep on a park bench than face a night there again.

Plus points : great position if using Euston, Kings Cross or St Pancras. Friendly, helpful staff and a good full breakfast in a delightful dining-room. Minus points : Creeky floorboards throughout.Total lack of sound-proofing. Awful drain smell in shower-room. Shower-room door did not fit so could not be closed. Very poor wifi connection.

Via internet I booked a room for 5 nights. The eservation was quickly confirmed by the hotel. A few days later I found that I had to delay my London visit by a few weeks and cancelled my reservation. This time the hotel did not confirm. I therefore asked a friend in London to telephone the hotel. She was told,...

Pros - - A BRILLIANT location, five minutes walk from Kings Cross. Very convenient. - Staff were all extremely friendly and eager to help. Cons - - The pillows. I'm not normally one to complain about this sort of thing but the two on the bed were flat, heavy, just plain uncomfortable: you might as well not have had one...

Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum.
