We booked this with last minutes secret hotel deal so got what we thought was a good price for a hotel in London on a Saturday night. Hotel staff we friendly however the 5 stars refer to the facilities offered back in the 80's when the hotel was last refurbished. Pool was nice but no where to lounge which is...

Stayed just the one night, having booked the previous day on a 'mystery hotel' deal. We wanted a good central location and this definitely fitted the criteria. The hotel is clean and the room well appointed, if a bit small, however the style and decor is certainly a bit dated and wasn't really to our tastes. Strangely, there was a...

I went to the Ajala spa with my boyfriend for a couple of treatments and use of the facilities and we had great service. Vanesha was my masseuse and she was lovely and friendly. Great massage and exfoliation treatment.

Stayed one night on an organised trip. Room was great (although view from window was on rear service area so not good but as it didn't face road there was no outside noise). Bed was really comfortable so good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent but what stood out above everything was the friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here...

Grange Holborn Hotel in London is located very well, near an underground station and close to tourist attractions. I expected a big hotel as the pictures available on the net make you believe that the hotel is huge. But it is not. Everything was clean and as one could expect in a five star hotel, but it was a bit...

Great location in mid London. Direct tube to heathrow. Large room. Unfortunate lack of catering over weekends, speciality restraunt on site,no ordinary eatery within the hotel, good part is there is a great italian opposite.

This is our third stay at the grange. On arriving early we were immediately given the key card to our room and offered an upgraded executive suite at no extra cost. We were delighted with the spacious room. Included in our booking was continental breakfast. Plenty of choice of fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, cereals, juices, toast.cheeses, meats, and Danish pastries. We...

We had a room on the second floor, spacious, lovely bathroom, comfortable beds and very quiet as at the back of the hotel (although that meant there was no view). Very clean, bathrobes supplied on request within minutes, good supply of shampoo etc. Visited the pool which was great and very large for a London hotel. Staff on reception very...

Great Hotel in good location to walk to Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Regent Street, Leicester Square, The theatre District. Great Spa, with good sized swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was nice but a bit disorganized. The staff however were excellent very customer focused and helpful.

I was looking forward to my stay but I left disappointed. My room over looked the main road and the windows didn't close tightly enough to prevent a cold draft or keep traffic noise away. To heat my room the noise of the fan was too much to bare. There was no dressing gown in my room so I couldn't...
