Stayed here with 2 young children in a quadruple room for 3 nights. The room was huge, plenty of room for the children. Bathroom was tiny in comparison to the room. The TV was also pretty small considering the size of the room and the position of the sofa meant you could not view the TV from it. The decor...

We visited London recently & stayed 5 nights at the Grange Holborn Hotel in the Holborn neighborhood of London. We were very impressed with the staff at the hotel; the front desk always had many workers available & the concierge service was wonderful. They answered all our questions regarding recommendations, directions, & helpful tips always in a cheerful & pleasant...

Holborn Hotel keeps up the good work: Still very friendly staff, still best location for the West End and the universities and still the best English breakfast with delicious food and excellent service. Calm décor in rooms, comfortable beds, interesting street view. The young woman at the check-in desk did all she could to help us get the room we...

We booked this hotel last minute and becasue of its location to Covent Garden and Shaftesbury Av. Location-wise it was perferct for our needs over the two nights we were in London. The room was clean and comfortable however we did have to ask for non-feather pillows in the room - why put pillows in rooms that people have allergies...

Stayed here for two nights but I probably wouldn't choose to return to this hotel. Having read some other reviews that weren't always positive I thought it would be fine. However, I would totally agree this is not a 5* hotel and would really rate this 4* at best, although I would say the price paid was more of a...

I visited this beautiful hotel on Easter Weekend with a group of friends for a Hen Do. The location of the hotel is amazing, just a short walk from tons of iconic tourist attractions, including Oxford Street and the hotel itself was lovely, clean rooms with lovely comfy beds, spacious, modern bathrooms and amazing facilities but the service itself was...

Booked last minute on an impromptu trip to London and wasn't aware of which hotel until after booking confirmed. Was clean and comfortable - getting a little dated but in a good location and excellent value when booked on this basis.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel a few years ago, so when it came to staying in London again the Grange hotel seemed a natural option. Looking at the comparison websites, this hotel is one that offers a reasonably good location with breakfast (continental breakfast, but can pay for a hot breakfast at an additional charge of...

Good value for a lovely, comfortable family room. Great breakfast included. Helpful staff. Great location near to Holborn tube, only one or two stops away from everything. Nice for the kids to have a pool.

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
