This place is grim. I stayed here for four nights and will never be back. The first thing you are met with when you open the front door is the smell. The carpets are absolutely rotten. The so called bar area stank of cat as this is were someone's cat slept and on the first morning went out to be...

Thank you for your comments, in reply:- I have asked for hoover bags to be changed regularly to prevent smells. This should not have happened The carpets are booked for cleaning every 3 months. Unfortunately some guests are careless with things like wine, hair dye and food. We have a program of replacing with wood flooring, this is being done...

I would have never imagined that any renting facility could be as dirty, as unkept and as unwelcoming as this place... We arrived late at night in front of a closed door in a scary neighborhood, with no indication whatsoever on how to get in. After banging on a window with lights on, one of the tenants let us in...

Been travelling Europe for a month and this is the last of our stops, the back yard to our apartment is amazing, I could spend all day out there. There is an aviary, pond, pool and more, and added bonus Laundry. Simon is so nice and does a great job in keeping this place up and is very very helpful....

I was lucky enough to be allocated a house in the garden - it was really quiet. But more importantly I felt very safe - important for a woman traveling alone. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. There is a swimming pool and other facilities on site but I was working and did not have time to use...

My husband and I just spent a week in one of these apartments. We were extremely happy on all accounts: very comfortable - both bed and living room furniture, very well stocked kitchen (we cooked in most nights), and lovely grounds outdoors to relax in plus good sized pool. We were very pressured as we had come to find a...

I am an American college professor who takes my students to England on study abroad trips. Each trip involves a 7-10 day stay in London, along with other travels. We enjoy the proximity of Glenthurston to the Catford train station, as well as the security of the gated yards and houses. My students enjoy the swimming pool, and they also...

We stayed here for 5 nights doing daily trips into London sightseeing. The accommodation itself was great, clean, well-equipped. The location is excellent for families tripping into the city although the area itself is not that family friendly. However we had issues with noise from upstairs at all hours. Also the neighbouring property Harefield had a huge party. It was...

My husband & I recently stayed for4 nights in Apartment 2 at the Croft, Bromley Road, Catford. What a haven of tranquility away from the busy roads - yet conveniently placed for fast transport into London from the nearby Catford & Catford Bridge railway stations. Bus links are also excellent. My daughter & son-in-law live nearby in a small flat...

We stayed for 3 nights with 6 adults and 4 children in Appartment 1. We had a great time and could enjoy the pool, the sauna, the lounge and the garden each day after sightseeing in centre london. The kitchen was big so it was easy to cook for all of us. The service was excellent!
