Decided on afternoon tea at this establishment as the reviews in the Olive magazine were excellent so pre-booked our table. Outside the townhouse looks charming and perfectly manicured. Step inside and you won't be disappointed from the quirkiness ....into the front room it's like stepping back in time of an elderly Aunt's parlour ....charming and cosy. The staff are all...

Celebrating a C25 with my family and Maddi was excellent quality and value. So quirky it suited us with cocktails too many teas and a host of light tasty savories followed by light delicate patisserie. The best are the weird and wonderfull patrons as you people watch eat drink and relax in old style victorian townhouse full of delighting memorabilia....

We spend some happy days in the Zetter Townhouse Marylebone. Room was perfect, enough space decorated in a beautiful style. The lounge is perfect for breakfast and small dinner with best cocktails. the staff is young and nice. Both townhouses - in Marylebone and Clerkenwell - became home away from home and we are looking forward to staying there again...

We came here for afternoon tea and were very impressed. Tea is served in the small bar / sitting room area, which is small, cosy and intimate. You have a choice of two different afternoon teas, an Aunt Wilhemena (traditional with finger sandwiches) or a Wicked Uncle Seymour (more meaty with warm pork pie, scotch egg and sausage rolls as...

This is a lovely, small quirky hotel. Superb location (right by Marble Arch and about a 20 minute walk from Paddington, which is much easier than taking the tube) and yet lovely and quiet. We could open the windows at night with no noise at all. The staff were very helpful on a couple of occasions which we appreciated. The...

The bar downstairs is very charming, quite calm and homely. They good have nibbles if you want to go there for an apero. The drinks are good, not too pricey for a hot in central London. The rose lemonade is amazing! A perfect place to have drinks before a dinner in nice restaurants of Seymour place.

A hidden gem in the middle of London, it felt more like a private club than a hotel. Very friendly staff, we got upgraded at our arrival. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. We loved the super cozy bar as well. Would not hesitate to go back!

Very quirky hotel with an incredibly good location (just off Oxford street and very close to Marble Arch Station) and very reasonable sized rooms. As I love quirky – a side effect of spending lots of time in business hotels – the cosy, the atmosphere and sort of period decoration of the Zetter was perfect. My wife adored the coffee...

Fun place to stay or have afternoon tea or a drink near Marble Arch. Open fire and charming service, popular and small so book. Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
