I stayed at the Mad Hatter Hotel for one night on business. The room was really nice. Decor excellent, temperature perfect (I often find hotel rooms too hot or too cold). Nice touches such as water, tea/coffee facilities etc. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. At first glance the price seemed high, but it is...

We had a wonderful time in London and the Mad Hatter Hotel with its very friendly staff & excellent food certaintly added to that. The location couldn't have been better! Many attractions like the tate modern & millenium bridge are only a short walk away.

Authentic pub-style hotel - nice, cosy - and clean :-) The staff are service minded, experienced and seems eager to give us a nice stay. Rooms are clean and spacey. Building around the site gives som noise at day.

NIce hotel above a local pub. The rooms exceeded my expectations. Great service in the hotel. The pub is a local pub which serves all kinds of beer and has all the regular pub food. Specialized in local pies.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It´s a small hotel very well located in the southbank area, next to the underground and with supermarkets and restaurants in the area. I have to say that the staff is excellent and provided us a great stay. I truly recommend this hotel, because it´s also very confortable and has a great english style.

Very friendly helpful staff, very clean hotel, really nice food in the bar, would recommend and would stay again. Excellent location for what our trip required. Staff went out of their way to look after us, allowing us to print boarding passes, giving us directions, late check out ect.

Really comfy bed, well equipped room, and good service in the hotel. Welcome drink provided in the bar which was a nice touch. The location is fantastic for shopping trip or night out in the city. It isn't cheap, but reasonable enough for London prices.

Excellent. Did have concerns about noise from the building site,. for which a complimentary drinks voucher was offered (I don't drink!) but these concerns were unfounded and the noise was minimal. Bed comfortable. Room clean and well furnished - there could have been a little more hanging space, but fine for one person.

This small hotel has about 30 rooms. My room was decent size with a queen bed. Room was clean and well kept if a bit dated. There is a lift although the walk up to the third floor via stairs is quite easy. Hotel staff is friendly. That part is a 4 out of 5. For the 3 rating, The...
