My sleep was the best it has been with their bed and linens. I had a huge problem getting my boarding pass printed and both Tessa and her husband...

The staff at the hotel were so friendly (as were their gorgeous little dogs!) and made us feel so welcome. The rooms we had were very small but beautifully decorated and had lots of lovely touches. The breakfast was delicious and so much choice.

Beautiful Hotel, with luxurious rooms.Placed in a convenient location for the Theatre's and shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful. An extensive breakfast menu, that catered for gluten free guests. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so.

Nice little Hotel in good location. Close to tube stations ( Goodge and Euston ) and basically around the corner from the British Museum. Soho, etc walkable within 15 minutes and lots of places for food close by. Very clean, quiet and friendly. Would definately stay here again.

Good breakfast. Well-accompanied modernised small rooms. Very nice bathroom. Lots of small touches made the stay very comfortable. Floorboards and walls are not too thin and squeaky, which can sometimes be an issue in these old Victorian B&Bs!

Beautiful hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very conveniently located for Euston. I would definitely stay here again in preference over some of the more expensive places we usually choose. This place is first rate.

Arosfa is a lovely hotel - well located for central London and within walking distance of tube station and national rail (Euston). The hotel is spotless and rooms and communal areas are decorated to a high standard. Staff are lovely and welcoming. There were a few niggles which stopped me from giving a higher rating: the single room was a...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Arosfa Hotel is a refurbished 200-year old Georgian Town House in the heart of historic Bloomsbury district, the former home of the famous Pre-Raphaelite artist Sir John Everett Millais. The cool white garden squares and wide streets of Bloomsbury have been a pull to thinkers for centuries, and it sometimes seems like every second house has a blue plaque denoting that a great writer, scientist or philosopher once inhabited the building. It was in Bloomsbury that Karl Marx created communism, Virginia Woolf defined the twentieth century British novel, and Charles Darwin first conceived the theory of natural selection. The imposing bulk of the British Museum, home to seven millennia of human art and artefacts, dominates the area, and there are plenty of other academic institutions including Birkbeck College, the beautiful University of London Library, and RADA, London's grandest drama school. ... more   less
