The property needs some updating but everything seemed clean. The room was bigger than I expected for London. We walked everywhere in the city from our room. Nothing spectacular but definitely serviceable. I would recommend to a friend.

The location of the hotel is very good, near to New Oxford Street. Our room was on the third floor and there were no lifts. It was clean, but very small. The breakfast was limited in choice but was cooked well and the service was good. The hotel is a converted house, and very narrow, and unsuitable for the disabled...

Whilst I had a few problems with my room:It was like a furnace when I walked in,and initially the heating wouldn't switch off. The staff were very helpful in trying to fix it. In the end, I slept with 2 windows open! Breakfast was adequate and served by a very friendly member of staff. The location is great with Covent...

When I was a student in 1993, I chose the Morgan from a book on modestly priced hotels, crossed my fingers and booked it. For the subsequent 23 years, it has been my go-to place. It simply cannot be beaten for value, hospitality, price and location. It's a rare family-owned hotel, and the Ward family take tremendous pride in the...

Spent one night here with 2 friends so had 3 double rooms. It's a couple of minutes walk from the British Museum and 5 minutes from Tottenham Court Rd tube, so couldn't be more convenient for central London. For the price (£125 a room) it was great. Rooms were small but clean, as were the beds (All standard 4 ft...

The room was clean and bed fairly comfortable, reception / breakfast room down some very narrow stairs. Room was adequate in the location I needed. The staff I encountered were friendly enough. OK for the price but I wouldn't rush to book again.

My partner and I stayed here on a one night trip to London to an event in Soho. Location was fantastic, a shot walk from Tottenham Court Road tube station and Soho. Room was very reasonably priced and comfortable with large double bed, single bed, 2 easy chairs, TV, tea/coffee making facilities and room safe. TV was rather small but...

I stayed just 1 night at this hotel. When I came to the hotel, closet was very dirty. I didnt even use it. After I reported that to the staff, they said okey we will fix it. However, when I came back to the room, nothing was changed about the bathroom.

Good things: Perfect location, good value for money, enough space, clean, well equipped, friendly staff, stable wifi, fresh breakfast Built-in - narrow steps, no elevator, squeaky floors, if you live in one of the apartments (different building) you have to walk 50-70 m on the street for breakfast Things to improve - the hotel has modern and clean shower but...

This hotel is very reasonably priced for such a central location in London. Because of that you cannot expect large rooms and luxury bathrooms. The room was not large and neither was the ensuite but was comfortable and had aircon. There are several floors so if climbing too many steps is a problem I advise you let the hotel know...

Dear Andrew, Thank you for your review. It is nice to know you found us being good value for money, and enjoyed our location and the comfort of your room.
