I feel the need to exploit those that make decisions based on their 'terms and conditions of booking', instead of making a 'human' decision that affects another in their time of need.
The laughable excuse of transferring our booking to anther date is certainly something...More
Really disappointed with this hotel. The location is perfect but the glossy professional photos are selling a lie.
We booked our one night stay the Tophams via Booking.com based on the great location – it’s very close to Victoria station and we were in London...More
The Victoria station is nearby, as is Ian Flemming's old abode, a little convenient store, and a few small restaurants. We didn't eat there, but enjoyed their coffee station within the room. We had to climb many narrow stairs to get to our old room...More

Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw
away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.

I don't quite understand what the question is, but I loved staying at Topham's Hotel. It's a great location and it's got an attractive lounge. However, the first room I was given was not acceptable to me because of stairs to bathroom. I had to pay more for a different room, but it was comfortable and beautiful. I would have loved to stay there longer. And just a short walk from Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace!
