Staff were very friendly and let us in early as our bus arrived before schedule. Couldn't believe quite how small the rooms were, more like a corridor than a room. For only 2 nights though we didn't see it as an issue. We were given towels, shampoo and soap, tea/coffee making facilities, WiFi password, and a fridge (that didn't really...

We paid for a hostel the price of a 4 star hotel. The rooms are tiny (You don't even have space to get dressed). The carpet was wet. They don't replace the shampoo There are many better places in London and cheaper Not a good option

Booked this hotel via Hotels.com for an overnight stay in London. Booked a Room 13, a family room for around £85 which is reasonable. 2 double beds in a fairly small room, but comfortable enough for one night's stay. Our only gripe was the brown muck that was emanating from the shower plug and the hair that also came out...

The good: comfortable enough beds, very friendly staff, great breakfast, 10 minute walk to Hammersmith Station, interesting neighborhood. The bad: tiny, mildew covered bathrooms with slow drains in the shower, unbearably hot & stuffy rooms with no opening windows, wi-fi signal constantly lost on the fourth floor (a.k.a. attic room - sloped ceilings), the carpets were always wet in the...

Booked 2 rooms. One for 6 and one for 4. Both rooms are small and with luggages in tow become very crowded. Breakfast is adequate and filling but is limited from 7:30 AM to 9 AM. Some problems as to towels and rooms not being cleaned but the friendly manager is accommodating and attends to the problem quickly. Hotel is...

I've stayed here multiple stays when at college in Hammersmith. The hotel is such a bargain for central London. The rooms and clean but don't expect a huge room, they are compact! Breakfast is included and is good. Scrambled or fried eggs and a selection of drinks and continental breakfast is also offered. I have returned 4 times and already...

The Location of the hotel should be considered as one of the most convenient places near the Central London Area, from where every To-Visit place is at a commuting distance and connected through excellent transportation links. All the staffs were very polite and helpful, especially, the Manager and the Kitchen Assistant at the breakfast table made their level best to...

Had a recent stay here to watch a gig in shepherds bush. Staff very helpful and polite. Rooms a little dated, with some areas needing attention. However mostly clean and tidy. Cheap and cheerful for a short stay.
