We ran into major sanitary and safety problems at Dylan Earls Court Hotel (btw it's not an apartment or a hotel, more like a rathole) booked through a website agent (who will hopefully remove this property from their site by the time this review is published :))). Upon check-in we were requested to pay the full amount of our stay...

We had booked 2 studios together for family (us and elderly parents) and got them 2 floors apart (with the receptionist admitting that she was aware we booked for them together but cudnt accommodate it!). Both the studios were MINISCULE with the one in the basement which had broken, noisy bed springs and a smelly drainage outside. We had booked...

I stayed there for 2 nights with a friend and was horrible. It looked ok outside but once we got in our room it looked disgusting. Dampness in all the room, tiny kitchen and worse toilet. The staff in the reception are used to hear complaints, they tell you the manager is not available and dont even try solving the...

It's hard to really push yourself to be the biggest con in town, when you are in a place as large as London but the Dylan Apts managed it. I only wish i had taken time out to see this website before I left. We travelled from Scotland and were greeted with utter squallor in this flea pit dump. Can...

I wish my Administrator had checked out Tripadvisor before she booked me into this dive. Everything everyone else has criticised about this place is true: it is a complete rip off it is not a hotel it is not an apartment. I've had my pets stay in better places than this.

The location for a trade-show at the Earls Court convention center, and London Underground station was great. The ad said "Free WiFi" - which was NOT free - in fact if it was working (which it did not for the entire 6 night stay), it would have been 10 GBP/day. In my room I was actually able to get a...

Dylan Apartments is a scam. Do not stay here. First, this is not an apartment, its small hotel rooms with beds crammed in and a small cabinet kitchenette which is unusable. The TV and furniture are extremely old and abused. Second, the room is infested with bugs. Ants and some unrecognizable ones. I reported all of this to the reception...

I had booked through great-london-hotels.com for Dylan House. Upon calling to confirm the reservation, I was informed the location was changed to their "newly acquired" property near Earls Court. Not as convenient, but ok. If it was a new property, I assumed it would be comparable to the Dylan House location I had originally booked with. We arrived at Philbeach...

Having just returned from Dylan Apartments at Earls Court, these are the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in - I have stayed in hotels/apartments all over the world and must say these are the worst. How can you call them an apartment when there is no table or chairs, if you could cook a meal you would have...

At the Dylan Court you could be treated to... A run down room...actually that's being too kind - everything needs renovating from scratch. A wardrobe with a sink in it (See image). Key cards which won't let you in the building. No manager in sight - therefore nobody to complain to. Bathroom fittings which look like they've been installed by...
