Helpful friendly staff and great location. It's an easy walk to South Kensington Tube and Bus stops, the Natural History and Science Museum. Good selection of local restaurants. Highly recommend the Duplex suite.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Royal Albert Hall. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many museums, Kensington Gardens / Palace, and many restaurants. Several of the hop-on, hop-off buses have stops nearby. The South Kensington tube stop is close by (less than 10 minute walk, even with roller bags). Check-in was easy, and our...

We chose this hotel for its location as attending the Albert hall, we were welcomed at the desk and given a lovely warm cookie. The room was not big but big enough and had all the facilities we needed. We had breakfast in the morning it again was typical buffet style but we were seated straight away. Others coming down...

Location and overall quality of this hotel was excellent. We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and would certainly use it again. The location for restaurants, museums and the tube were brilliant.

Good location and polite staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was not satisfactory. Heating system was not working. Concierge at the first day tried to sell black market tickets for football game when I just asked for a ticket . Unfortunately, this hotel does not fit to Hilton quality.

We stayed here for a long weekend, room was small but perfect! Lovely and clean, and a wonderful shower. Very clean hotel, brilliant location, very close to the tube station! Found the wifi kept kicking us off but other than that we had a perfect stay

Stayed there for 2 nights. Nice modern hotel is the inside in a nice classic area. Short walk from underground station, plenty of restaurant around. The only complaint was the kitchen dramatically slow of my first dinner. Food was good but waited 20min to get the dish when very few table were occupied. I gave up and did not order...

Located a brisk 5-10 minute walk away from South Kensington Tube station and very near Natural History Museum. Love the fireplace in the lobby. Humming bird bakery is round the corner and there are a few nice restaurants in the vicinity.

Traveled here for 3 nights. The location can't be beat. 5 min walk to South Kensington tube and in a beautiful safe area. The receptionist was very nice as was everyone in the hotel. The only complain was that the room was too hot. The Duvet was too much and there wasn't really any air or ventilation. I should have...

The hotel enjoys a great location, less than a five minute walk from the subway, the Albert Hall is about a10 minutes walk. The area has lots of good quality restaurants. The staff are, without exception, very helpful . The breakfast is very good.Like many city hotels the room was a bit on the small side, but very well appointed...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
