I stayed at the Novotel last week for the week end. Hongrine at reception was very helpful and very good! We had a room with a nice view on the Tower of London!

Stayed at the Novotel in March for 1 night stay for a family of four. Booked direct with them as was no difference and paid £124.00 for a queen bed and a double pull out bed for the kids.
