I informed the hotel when I booked on-line that this was a birthday treat for my daughter and on arrival they very kindly upgraded me free of charge. And inside the room was a lovely large dish of fruit and a birthday wish. Room was very clean and spacious, air conditioning great, bathroom roomy and clean. Dressing gown and slippers... More

We spent 5 days in London.Hotel is on good location near underground station Kings cross.Breakfast is excellent.Room is too small for the hotel with 4 stars(room no 112). Be carefully and DO NOT leave your earrings on the table in the room ,because when you come back in the room, you will NOT find it!!! That was very unpleasant situation... More

We are of course extremely disappointed with your review and the accusation of theft of your property from your hotel room during your stay. When you first mentioned that the earrings were missing you were unsure on which day this occurred and if in fact if you had just misplaced them or had even lost the earrings elsewhere. Our housekeeper... More

We stayed 2 nights here it was great very central to Euston station. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars around, we often found ourselves walking a lot as well - great location! our room was modern and very clean. Defiantly recommend to anyone!

Very convenient location. I love to stay in this simple hotel. Continental breakfast is provided. Shower room is a bit small but is enough to use. I got the problem with the hot water in shower room and the hotel's worker very fast solved the problem. Good service overall.

The Superior double room seems to be for one single person, not for 2. The bed is too small for 2 adults. But nevertheless the room was clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered an room change which was not suitable for us because this room would have been with 2 single beds.

Hotel: V. friendly staff. V. good breakfast. Decent room very similar to Premier Inns but slightly better. Very handy for Euston Station. 5-10min walk to St. Pancras/Kingscross. Good selection of eateries within 5-15min walk.

We came to stay for a weekend playing tourist and seeing a show, hotel was recommended by a family member. We were very pleased, room was clean, looked newly refurbished and had everything we need. They are compact, great for a base if you just want a place to sleep. Beds very comfortable, breakfast is good, its a continental buffet... More

This hotel is well situated (5 minutes walk from Euston Station). The staff are friendly and helpful. We had booked a standard double which was advertised as "compact" but the bed was enormous, and comfortable, and the room had everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was a wet room, so the floor did get wet after showering,... More

We booked this hotel due to the location being near St Pancras and it looked like a reputable place where we would be able to get a good nights rest (as we were on the train early in the morning to start our honeymoon). When we got there we were advised the hotel had been overbooked even though as part... More

What an ideal hotel for a weekend in London. Only living 30 or so miles away, we decided to drive in to London and use the Car Park under Euston station. With 20% discount via the hotel, it cost us £22 for 24 hours, probably cheaper than the train and just a few hundred yards to drag the luggage to... More
