Had a two night stay in this establishment. Although we arrived well after the check in time we were asked to wait as the room was not ready. No refreshments were offered while we waited. After about half an hour we were told our room was ready. The room was ok but was at the rear of the hotel, overlooking...

Rang on the Friday direct instead of through a booking company as they said if we came again they could offer us a better deal. Told the lady on reception it was for 2 adults and 2 children. She quoted us for the first night and then the second. I said id ring back once id spoke to my husband....

Lovely, modern hotel in a great and suitable location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Easy access to the centre and easily found! Checking in process however was very long and even 2 ladies at the reception were struggling to keep up having so much paper work to do prior to check in. Very unnecessary and not seen anywhere else before, so...

This is a nice and clean hotel with a great location, really close to Euston train/tube/bus station, and within walking distance from Oxford Street (15 minutes). It is quite pricey, though, considering the rooms are really tiny. Aside from the beds, there is minimal space for anything in the room, the miniscule desk is half covered with the coffee maker,...

Short version: Way too expensive considering you get a fairly low level of comfort and quality, even though the location is pretty good. Stayed a total of 3 nights for a business stay. Reception staff who greeted me when arriving spoke with an Italian-sounding accent, difficult to understand. I got a room which was the smallest I've ever seen outside...

Stayed one night before catching Eurostar which is only 5 minutes away on foot. We had a nice clean, reasonably sized, modern room with a good shower which was really all we needed. Check in efficient and staff helpful.

This is possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in a few. Booked a disabled room, person in a wheelchair cannot walk. The bathroom is passable and about 75 percent of the space. There is just enough room to get the wheelchair in the bedroom. I have to climb over my partner to get into...

Very good location for getting around the city and arriving from out of town. The road at the front is actually not that busy and quiet. All staff were very friendly and helpful. A good selection for breakfast.

Disappointed with room allocated, but this was swiftly rectified by the manager on duty, Natalia, who was pleasant and professional. Hotel is in excellent position for Euston station and within walking distance of theatres. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. A very pleasant stay.
