My intention here is not to write a complaint, I am doing that directly to the hotel's management. My intention is to make other visitors aware of how we have been treated so they can best arrange their visit accordingly. We have stayed at this hotel many times. On one occasion previously the hotel had a function and the facilities...

Paid for an upgrade to a suite on 5th floor which was lovely. Very roomy and comfortable although bathroom fairly small. Quiet situation. Breakfast a little disappointing but nothing disastrous! Restaurant staff slightly inattentive.

I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Great value, clean room, central location -- very pleased with the quality, amenities, and comfort. Other than not having enough guest umbrellas, this place exceeded my expectations.

We were lucky enough to spend last night at this lovely hotel. Wonderful, central London location close to Covent Garden and Theatreland but with a sense of calm and space. Our room, 527, was spacious, clean and the quietest hotel I've stayed in at any city central location here or abroad. Very comfy beds, great shower and attention to detail...

Visited in January for 2 nights - the hotel is in a fantastic location two blocks from the Holburn Tube and walkable to Covent Garden. Tons of restaurants/coffee shops, etc around. The staff was really great. I felt everyone was very courteous and was always asking if there was anything else they could do. I was surprised to read some...

I stayed at The Kingsway Hall Hotel on business and checked in at around 8pm. The room I was allocated had an issue with the temparature - it was like a sauna and just couldn't be adjusted. Staff on duty offered me an old fashioned oscilating fan - this barely made a difference and since the fin was broken sounded...

We recently booked an overnight stay at this hotel with booking.com just after Christmas and travelled up from North Devon. Unfortunately, arriving at the hotel we realised we had made a mistake with the date, and we were a week early. The man at reception told us he could find us a room but we would have to pay for...

I had a business meeting at the hotel on 18 January. Service was swift to place my order of which one item was a tea pot of boiling water with lemon. When I went to pay I was charged £4.95 for the privilege of having boiling water and few slices of lemon, with two tea cups. I regularly use hotels...

Our second visit to this hotel. Very well located for Covent Garden, Chinatown and most of the popular West End show venues; all within walking distance. We went for an executive room; worth the bit extra. Breakfast is ok, but could do with a bit more organisation and better choices ; having to order different types of cooked eggs and...

Again another great stay. Convenient for tube, buses etc, easy walk to theatres. A lot of rain during our sstay, it was nice to be able to come back and rest in a comfortable room. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Doormen greet you like old friends.
