We stayed here for 2 nights with our 6 year old daughter. We usually book Premier Inn when in London because the quality and value for money when with children is good. However, we felt the Premier Inn prices were ridiculously high (even for London) so looked around and found this gem - which turned out to be cheaper with...

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a combination of old and new styles that fit good. One small thing that can be improved is that at entrance you have air condition system, bed is in the middle of the room and the window (old style) was not closing perfect.

Private room with 2 single beds in basement of hotel worked well as we really just needed a place to sleep. Comfortable, clean and safe. Full sized tub and shower had good pressure and heat. Staff was very friendly. Hotel has a bar that we visited one night with good service and a restaurant we did not eat at.

On the surface this hotel looks good but unfortunately the room I was allocated was located in the basement at the front of the hotel. There was constant noise from the ground floor above and early in the morning coach tours gathered close by and the noise was unbearable. The one reason for staying in hotels is to get a...

Nice quiet Hotel in the backstreets of London but within walking distance of Hyde Park which is what we wanted. Our rooms looked newly decorated and the linens and towels looked new, all very fresh and clean. Some of the staff didn't speak very good English but it didn't stop them from mixing up some really good cocktails, 2 for...

What a beautiful hotel From the staff, to the food , to the ambience, everything is 5 star. Went here for an annual Company presentation and everyone was so impressed. Stayed overnight and everything was perfect.

Hotel handy for underground and bus. Room spacious and clean. Asked for room with walk in shower on check in and was given one no problem. Although staff have limited spoken English were very polite and helpful. Food in restaurant good and reasonably priced.

Nice hotel just few minutes from number of tube stations and restaurants. Easily accessible to parks and places of interest in London. Room and bathroom is well cleaned. On checking we told the receptionist Mohamed that I would like to guarantee the booking with credit card and I will pay by cash as I need to change money. After talking...

We stayed in Lancaster Gate hotel for a couple of nights when we visited London. The hotel is fairly old, and the rooms old fashioned. However, the rooms are decent sized (larger than what you'd expect to find in the heart of London) and the amenities decent. The hotel is a short walk to Lancaster and Queensway tube station, and...

Stopped overnight with two colleagues on a recent business trip to London. Externally the hotel looks very pleasant. Inside my double room was very clean and comfortable and staff very helpful. About a seven minutes walk to Lancaster Gate tube station. Only issue for me was breakfast was a bit pricey (£12 per person), but saying that,it was a wide...
