We only stayed for one night with our two children, however the room, service and staff were excellent and could not fault anything about it. Location also fantastic 2 mins to the tube station and 5 minute walk from Natural History Museum. The hotel also had a lovely garden to sit out in.

This place was amazing! The room was spacious enough for my family of 4 with older children. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to insure we were accommodiated in every way possible. The concierge was amazing, everything he recommended was excellent. Steps away from the bus and metro, the area is full of restaurants and shopping....

The hotel was great - clean, comfortable beds, mini-balcony you can open the doors from, lovely garden area to hang out in and great staff. The club room was fantastic with computers, selection of fruit, breakfast meats, cheeses, yogurts, eggs and croissants plus a happy hour too. Location couldn't be better for jumping on the tube 1 block away. 2...

really great stay, large room, overlooking the really nice garden meant we could have our windows open and it was so quiet, really great for a central London stay, helpful staff, executive lounge good service, nice to be away from it all. Would go back without hesitation. Central location for Museum Harrods etc

Great time in London - partially due to our hotel. We had a nice room with King Size bed - although a bit tight - but we were fine with it. Clean bathroom. Nice lounge. Full assortment breakfast buffet. Concierge Staff had great recommendations. Tube station is right across the street. Harrods is right up the street! Outside garden in...

We were completely satisfied with our 3 night stay. It comes down to the people who work here. Mandeep, a server in the restaurant went out of her way on multiple days to make us feel welcome and 'special'. The staff was very accomondating and respectful of our needs. The garden area out back gives the hotel a park like...

we stayed for a week as a family and found the location to tube and getting around to be excellent. We found the rooms to be good. They are updated but have some blah features. Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
