good location, nice personal, very small rooms... breakfast included but not a lot of options... front desk attendants very accommodating, helped to book all our trips. All in all - decent for the price we paid.

Where do I start.. we stayed with the Duke of Leinster Hotel for one night for our anniversary and even that was too long! It was noisy, the room was extremely tired and needed refurbishing. There was dirt and mould around the window frames. The shower looked like it had not even been cleaned with grime all around it and... More

Like any budget hotel in the bayswater area, we cant really say much about the room size. It is expected. However i truly enjoyed my 2 night stay in Duke of Leinster. The staff was polite and helpfull, the breakfast spread is ok, room and bathroom is clean. The room quietness is good. My overall satisfaction is good. If i... More

Nice property, close to underground and park. Tiny lift, one person and luggage. Not a strong wifi, except in reception. Coffee and tea in reception 24 hours. Helpful staff. Very few restaurants close by.

I selected this hotel as its location was within the vicinity of where I was spending most of my time in London. It was okay for the first day or two as checkin went smoothly and their breakfast room staff were friendly but then my lights stopped working. After reporting that my lights failed to work I was promised a... More

My wove and I chose this hotel after looking at a large number and on the surface it looked very promising.. Our room was on the third floor and not only couldn't we swing a cat but we couldn't et a vat into the room. The bed was tight between the wall of the bathroom and a small wardrobe. To... More

The hotel was hot with no air conditioning or fan available. The staff were very noisy when preparing breakfast- it was like we were in the kitchens with them. Night porter unhelpful when we returned from a concert. changed rooms for second night but noise was no better and heat was worse. Not worth the money

I have to agree with most of the comments on here the hotel is very tired and the facilities do leave a lot to be desired. I only stayed one night, the room was very large I had a double bed and three single beds for just me! The bathroom however was tiny even I struggled to fit in with... More
