I recently stayed at this hotel as part of a coach trip after the company I was travelling with cancelled my trip to York at the last moment and this was their alternative.

Find somewhere else to stay! This is the worst hotel I have ever been I have been in a lot of hotels for a cheaper price an this one and it's been much better quality. We stayed half-board the food was not interesting at all...More

Personally for the O2 I would stay in the Pilot.
